The store itself was well stocked, and it had a nice layout. The associate, Jordan, made what can be an annoying process very smooth. She answered every question and went above and beyond in helping set the phone up. Simply put, Jordan is awesome—more associates should try to be awesome like her. Best Verizon experience I’ve had in a long time.

If you need a new plan or phone this is the place to go. The team here is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and services. I personally make it a point to drive here, which is completely the other direction than I normally go btw, to deal with these guys. Daniel has gone above and beyond all expectations every time I needed something. Truly a welcoming and inviting experience.

Staff is very friendly and willing to help with all your needs. I had ordered a phone and it didn’t ever arrive to the store so Daniel called one of the other branches because he knew they was going to be coming to his store and ask if they could bring the phone I wanted and the color that I wanted.......it was there the next day. I stopped by after work and was able to switch phones.

Daniel goes above and beyond to take care of each of his customers as if he were taking care of family… He goes out of his way to make you comfortable and explains everything as he’s working on your account. He offers great customer service!

Everyone at the Livingston, TN store are FANTASTIC!! Awesome employees all around. They are all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. No matter what I have going on, or am in need of, they absolutely take care of me. 100% always happy when I leave!

Visited Verizon to get a phone activated. AWESOME customer service! Joshua (Livingston location) was super great. He was able to get us setup and working. It's all about the customer service and Joshua is a great example of what AWESOME customer service is all about. We will see Verizon and Joshua in the future for all our phone needs. I continue to use Verizon/Russell Cellular because of the customer service provided by Daniel. He always assists with issues and questions in a timely, knowledgeable, and courteous manner. I can’t imagine dealing with anyone else for my family’s cell service.

Great service is great great service great is the manager was good at stuff and all this stuff did too f i x e d my phone with my old number again somebody bought a new one I didn't like done very good at it they need a 100% Plus on that place big boys and girls of the bosses and you need give them more money on the Bay by the hour right

Daniel went above what he needed too I didn’t know my Apple ID he called apple and got it for me. This staff in Livingston blows both locations in Cookeville out of the water. I went into Cookeville across from Walmart and they acted like I was bothering me. I will go to Livingston from now on. Thanks for the help and hospitality.
