I’m just baffled by the blatant disrespect some individuals have these days. Folks want to leave bad google reviews just because they feel ENTITLED. Stop being such a bully because you think it’s ok. The world is unfortunately completely one sided more so than it needs to be. As one customer states the male sales rep stole or kept her phone to later admit he used it as a trade…come on are you serious right now. You obviously just weren’t listening to what was being told to you during your trade in process and once again felt ENTITLED to see the situation in only how you wanted to see it. This sales rep works for a company that sells the newest products that are available so I am confidents when I say this “male sales rep” didn’t need your second hand outdated trade in phone. So before trying to bash someone or tarnish someone’s integrity take a good look in the mirror first Lori Powers and make sure you aren’t the problem. I am not affiliated with this store in any manner but I was in the market for an upgrade and like always I read google reviews but this one just stands out as bologna and feeling ENTITLED. By all means carry on…I won’t let ignorance stop me from doing business here.

Noah was very knowledgeable about my phone issue. He gave me different options as to what I could do to solve the issue. He was also patient with another customer he helped before me. The customer was elderly and needed a lot of help to properly use the phone he has purchased.

A very good experience here. Amber was so very friendly and helpful. I would definitely seek her out if I ever have another issue.

I have been in sales for 12 years so I can appreciate good service when I receive it. I worked with Justin and he was exceptional. I was switching over from a different carrier and he was very patient and made sure to answer any questions that I had along the way.

Our service was slightly delayed because someone had quit on them this morning, however Justin was very delightful to work with. He apologized for our wait and got to work getting us in and out as satisfied as possible!

Jennifer did an excellent job. She had to overcome some hurdles that were not her fault but maintained a positive and professional attitude. It was a pleasure working with her.

Was a great experience taking all 3 of my kids to the Verizon store yesterday. Needed a new phone after I mowed over my old iPhone. Raquel was proficient, down to earth, explained everything nicely and even tolerated my children spinning around on the store barstools! Luckily, no one got sick 🤢 and I got the phone I wanted ( so nice to have it in stock). The only concern was that we had to wait awhile while attempting to login with some updates and send a text to my hubs at home to request a verification code allowing us to enter the system since I had never set up a 4 digit pin. Long story longer...I was tired after mowing all day and the kids and I were hangry so that wait time was a bit of a bummer but we made it work ok. Not Verizon’s fault that I put my phone in my ragged old back pocket and it fell out into the yard. Overall a good experience. Only two other folks even came into the store while we were there so it was very quiet as well. Thank you Covid-19!

I made two visits to this store and both were a very positive experience. The first time I ordered my watch and the second time was to pick it up. Both sales reps were knowledgeable and answered every question.

Morgan at the Verizon store in Milan was the Best!!!!! Wait time very minimal! I told her what I needed and in minutes she was finished and I was done! I would highly recommend This store to everyone!!!! Morgan Thank You Soo Much!!!! Very Satisfied Customer Teresa 👏👍

Cameron was an amazingly funny and talented sales associate that help me lower my bill and get my daughter a new iPhone. I was extremely satisfied with his service.

Personal is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

got a new iPhone 12 pro max and morgan was very very polite . we had a great conversation about tattoos and piercings and had some laughs as well . would definetely recommend choosing this Verizon to get any accessories or phones .

Kirby was great!! She was such a help and has a super personality. I would definitely recommend seeing Kirby if you need something.

It took a while but Sarah worked hard to set me up with what I wanted and needed to make it happen. I have not finished hooking everything up yet but if I have an issue I am confident I can call Sarah and get the answers.
