Chris was very great and helpful today. He helped fix my phone that was having issues. He was also kind enough to make sure I got in safely due to weather conditions. Awesome experience

Chis Freeman assisted with my purchase of an additional line to my Verizon service. I've been a Verizon customer for a VERY long time!! He was the most helpful and knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with and is an asset to Verizon. I was Chair of the Alabama Board of Pardons and Paroles with many employees. I am very favorably impressed with his ability, personality and desire to do a good job. It meant a lot to me!!

I needed a lot of services done today and boy was I helped beyond my expectations! I stayed after for 2 hours after they closed and Chris Freeman still didn’t mind. I had trouble with the connection at my house and attempted to use the Verizon online chat option to get a booster. Unfortunately the experience was not great. I was chatting for a hour before someone told me that I was ineligible. I decided that a face to face experience was probably better and I was NOT WRONG. I went to the Verizon in Dunlap and worked with Chris, who worked with customer service and got me what I needed. I was also able to upgrade my phone, remove old options that I didn’t need and he walked me through everything and made it so very easy and understandable. Bottom line is DO NOT USE THE ONLINE chat FEATURE. Go and speak to someone face to face and have a much better customer experience. See Chris in Dunlap or anyone at this store and you will not be disappointed.

Chris freeman was an exceptional employee here with me today. I would recommend everyone to switch to Verizon and to go see him! I was able to get 2 new phones with huge discounts today! I was able to get new phones for what I was paying at AT&T even with employee discounts! Insane!!! Loved my experience today with Chris

Chris went above and beyond and could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Thank you Chris for being able to provide all the Verizon answers and did it politely. Even though I had to get a new phone he made it fun and we all had a good time.

I had a great experience today with Christopher freedman. He was exceptional in every aspect. The gentlemen took a lot of time helping me pick which phone I wanted and then also helped me transfer everything.was able to get my emails, apps, contacts, everything! Was afraid with my old phone not working that I wouldn't be able to but somehow he knew just how to do it!

Carter provided excellent service. He transferred info from one phone to another and made the transition exceptional. His attitude was exemplary. Your company is very fortunate to have him as an employee

I was needing my work verification done so I could continue to get my discount and Chris was super helpful with doing so. He also was able to get me all set up and was also kind enough to talk about promotions. He brought up a new phone with a promotion to where my bill barely goes up with a new phone. That's amazing!!!!

Wesley was excellent. He took ample time to help us with our needs. He was dedicated to making sure we were 100% taken care of. I've not had customer service this good in a long time. We will for sure be back in the future for all of our Verizon needs.
