LOVE this Kroger. Wide isles and ample space to shop. Great Starbucks and food court area if you need to grab a quick snack. Appropriate number of registers open. Have used the pharmacy as well as the clinic - pleased with both.

Everyone that works there is sooooooo awesome, Top 6 employees are Tyler, Sydney, Quincy, Shayne, Casey, & Lexi. Best experience I’ve ever had because of these people here and everyone else.

We’ve only been to a couple of groceries around town since we’ve moved here, but this is by far the best! It’s so clean and always well stocked. The associates are friendly and helpful!

This is a DELICIOUS meal. Macaroni added. The Turkey taste extremely healthy and has fantastic flavor.

I shop at this location a lot. I have never had a bad experience or have gotten any bad products there. I would recommend this Kroger location to anybody. I will continue shopping there. They have a lot of excellent deals and they are not only a grocery store but they carry clothing appliances for the kitchen area of your home and a lot of other things. They are kind of like a One-Stop shopping experience.

Associate Mark from produce provided outstanding customer service my partner and I. Mark went out of his way to help, prepare and bring us items we needed. We appreciate his kindness and service.

This is the cleanest,most we'll run store I have been in for a long time! The manager knows how to run a very nice store. Aisle are big enough you don't get ran over. Very pleasant place to shop. Thanks for a good shop trip.

Visiting and rushed in to pick up items to help care for a sick grand baby. So sorry I asked but forgot the name of the awesome attendant overseeing the self checkout who helped direct me and she rushed across the store to stop me when I forgot the extra cash I left behind. How I appreciate her stellar service!

Great store. Open roomy aisles, clean and easy to find items. A lot of selections.Even have clothes, shoes and purses. People are friendly, courteous and helpful. Has a coffee shop with snacks and sit down area. Groceries are all fresh, veggies and fruits are fresh and laid out nicely. Nice shopping experience.

Very nice Kroger Marketplace, seemingly in the middle of nowhere. Right off the interstate, with fuel pumps to boot.

Wonderful selection and better prices than almost anywhere else. I really can't say enough good things about this Kroger. The store is extremely clean and well-stocked. Their deli/seafood sections are great, always plenty of good picks for a competitive price. And for those interested they even have an expansive import/premium cheese section which outclasses most in Knoxville.

Love the deals I find at this store, the free banana and cookie for the kids helps and the health food section is comprehensive! Have never needed or wanted something this store didn't have! Love the discount areas, the layout of the store and especially the friendliness of the workers!

I Love this a Kroger!!!
#1 Today I went to Kroger in Powell and I was looking for zucchini. A young girl who was working on filling an online order stopped and asked if she could help. She found the bin and it was empty. She then asked the gentlemen stocking produce if he had any in the back. He did and was back in less than two minutes with them.
#2 I had a digital coupon loaded to my card for $3 off an item I wouldn't be buying if it weren't for the coupon. I noticed it when I got home. Two hours later I managed to make it back to Kroger and the customer service lady was very helpful and she gave me my $3. Apologized that the coupon didn't load and told me to have a great day.
#3. When checking out with my groceries this morning my apples that were supposed to be 3 for 99 cents were ringing up $1.39/pound. I brought it to the clerks attention. Without any question he fixed it for me.
As long as their customer service stays like this... I won't shop anywhere else!

I have to give a huge shout-out to Emily, the florist, at this Kroger location. She did the flowers for my wedding and they were more gorgeous than I could’ve imagined. I was so impressed with how they turned out and how talented she is. Also, they were SO much more affordable than the flower shops around town. Thank you, Emily, for helping our day turn out perfect! :)

This place is a super Kroger. It has a clothing store as well as other general merchandise. Store is brand new as of 2016 - very clean. PLenty of registers open. I love the meat department selections and their produce is very fresh. They have do have a Starbucks in the store which makes my wife happy.

I used ClickList because my son was sick and I was in a hurry to get him home to bed, but we were in desperate need of groceries. It was a great experience. I ordered at about 10-11 am and my order was ready when I got there (at the time I had reserved it). They had it bagged up, brought it out and put it in my trunk, and I was able to get my baby home to bed and still have food for dinner. Bravo!
