Easy to work with, every staff member seems to know me and always make sure I get taken care of! I genuinely appreciate going to a parts store that treats me like my few 1000 I spend there a year makes a big difference to the overall business.

Always my go-to .been to others, and they have either been super pricey or out of stock .so I'll stick to what I know .this place has everything you need and if they don't. They can check around in omaha for you and have it delivered the same day .due to time restrictions also ! Just a heads up on that. Like I said, no problems, in the 15 years or so, I have been going here for all my car needs

I was in the store on Cornhusker this afternoon looking for a part and the two gentlemen working Johnny and Alex were very good in answering and finding the information and parts I needed. I recommend and will getting more parts from this location.

First time customer....now, lifetime customer. I dealt with Aric (Mgr) and he was fantastic. Super informative, prompt...and was known and respected by the mechanic I go to and trust at TO Haas. I ended up receiving a service at no charge...and got some great info on top of it. Their prices are good and competitive...the service is speedy, yet thorough. It's been a long time since I went to a new (to me) business and came out so thoroughly pleased.

I tried to purchase an item which unfortunately was out of stock. Employee tried to find them in a nearby store but since I live north of Lincoln, I didn’t want to travel south Lincoln to get the one part. He advised me to go on their website to get the item instead waiting till next time I come into Lincoln. I went to Advance Auto website and was able to obtain the item the same day. Appreciate the suggestions and will continue to use their website to either have the items sent to my home address or to the store for pickup. Great job.
