This is the second time we have used Mike for his talent! He is a gentleman, Courteous, reliable! He works with care, very professional ! The built ins he made for our new home are beautiful! He also uses all high quality materials! Real wood! I can’t say enough!

I had an 11 foot entertainment center built by Mike and the quality of his work is first rate!! We love the piece he did for us so much that we are having him do two more projects for our home. Mike was just wonderful to work with! Communication was clear and the job was done in the time he said it would be done. I highly recommend Mike for any project and can not wait for the next two pieces he will do for us!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! We hired Mike to build custom built ins in our living room, and update the ones in the sitting room. His work is absolutely top-notch. Not only did he meet our tight move in deadline, his work was perfection! The craftsmanship is amazing and his product is so high quality. His professionalism was also outstanding. He installed the cabinets when our family was home and my young kids and they thought he was the coolest! We have some other projects we plan to do in the house, and we will be using Mike for all of them. We cannot recommend him enough! Hire him immediately!

I emailed Mike after finding his business online. He was able to quote me for two jobs. We agreed on a methodology and price for a 9ft customer book shelf. He came back to my house about a month and a half later with a finished product. Took apart the molding, installed the book shelf and custom fit the molding back into place.

I am 1000% happy with the product. With Mike and his courteousness and professionalism.

If you are asking for a "negative", I would say it wasn't a fast process but fast doesn't equal quality in most cases. Point being if you need something right now Hillcrest may not be right for you. If you want something that performs great and looks amazing then call Mike.

Mike was SUPERB. We had a wonderful experience from first contact to in-person consultation to install. He has excellent attention to detail and it shows in the final project! We love our built in bench seating end will certainly use him again for projects in the future!

Sometimes a small job can be just as important as a large project. I had a kitchen cabinet hinge problem that no handyman could fix. Mike fixed it! He was terrific! He made time to fix my cabinet on short notice, he was thoughtful about what needed to be done, and was careful and precise to do it correctly. I couldn't be more pleased! I would highly recommend Mike at Hillcrest Carpentry for any skilled carpentry work!

Fireplace Remodel
Mike did a fantastic job with remodeling my fireplace. He listened to my ideas, offered suggestions and knew exactly how to perform the work. He performed the work in 1 day! I absolutely love my new fireplace and am so glad I found Hillcrest Carpentry. I would highly recommend Mike for your remodeling needs. Great value too.
