Everything is better with the right tool, and Lowe's has lots of tools. The merchandise not the staff. The staff are also great.

Tyson and Tijuana went above and beyond helping us aquiring our Christmas decorations. Tyson was climbing and grabbing ladders etc and price checking and escorting us around, he was truly working way above his pay grade. Its nice to have employees wanting to spread the holiday spirit. We went in for extension cords and came out with a ton of Christmas decor.

I met Lisa, who was an absolute jewel at the Home Decor section where they sell Walls and Shudders, and she met my needs. I had to come back to trim more off the blinds I purchased, she was supposed to be getting off but still helped me. She even helped me purchase a drill for my diy project.

Always love getting plants that the store has put on sale due to they are not thriving anymore. I love the challenge of trying to bring them back to life. Purchased for half price which helps the budget.

Although my first Lowes stop is usually our neighborhood one, the Perkins Lowes is #2 due to the location near family. As with most businesses these days, good and enough help is hard to find. But when we do find help at this Lowes, they are typically helpful, and the cashiers are always fast and friendly. While my husband gets "lost" elsewhere, I can be found in plants. Whether we need them or not, a plant or two in the Spring or Summer usually finds a home with us. When this Lowes marks their outdoor plants on clearance, there is a good selection and not plants which should have been trashed - like some of their competion. See my pics for perennials purchased from this Lowes that have come back one and two seasons purchased on clearance as well as one of two Texas Lilac trees we've had for three years.

I like both Lowe's and The Home Depot, but Lowe's always seems to have a larger selection of items and better customer service

Best place for all your home needs . Garden center has it all. Returning is not a problem . Bring receipt or get a store credit without one

Just want to complement the older gentleman wearing converse who assisted us. Did not get his name but he was on duty 06/06/23 around 5:30pm and was called for glass cutting. He got there fast and was very efficient despite the blade braking on him. We had slightly weird measurements but he knew exactly what we meant. This guy deserves a raise! A rare treat to find such a good kind worker in this busy city.

We stopped by to get a smoker for Fathers Day. We went inside to go look at the smokers in stock. We weren’t sure if they had what we needed, but without even having to ask, Tiara immediately came over to us and asked if we needed any help. Tiara then went and got the smoker we wanted and helped us check out, bring it outside, and load it into the car. Tiara is just such an amazing employee along with the rest of the staff. I highly recommend that you come to this Lowe’s! In a time where it’s hard to find quality costumer service, they went above and beyond.

I usually find what I am looking for at this store. This trip I got a gallon of paint, mixed by a very knowledgeable lady (sorry, I didn't get her name).
Next trip to this store I will make a note of the people I deal with. I like to give kudos to those who deserve it.

We bought a craftsman walk mower from Lowe's off Perkins Rd. 08/20/2022 and it played out a few days ago and took it to the Lowe's off Perkins Rd and the Craftsman warranty is good but they keep on giving us the run around about they're false advertising of warranty service. I don't know what to do? Any suggestions on this please feel free to leave me a comment. Thank you!

Andrea at the register was very nice, I was looking for an item, she was nice helpful too. She even got off the register , we walked to get item, I could not find this hand cart anywhere in Lowe's, cause they sold out. Shout out to Lowes on Perkins in Memphis, Tennessee, saleswoman Lois (Superwoman); she went over and beyond the call of duty. Superwoman Lois was in the appliance area alone; there were customers in front as well as behind me; she was patient with each one of us. My refrigerator stopped working after twenty-five years. Superwoman Lois walked the aisle with me to exactly what I was looking for. She showed me excellent customer service from the time she said hello. Thanks, Superwoman Lois.

The cashiers and the workers are very attentive to what a customer may needs. I really love shopping at Lowe's

My mom works here and I love coming here! The staff watches out for my mom because she have health problems.
