I’ve traveled the world and this is the best SB I’ve ever been to. It’s efficient, fast, friendly, always gets my order correct. They welcome me by name when I come in. I just ordered like 15 drinks for the office and everything was perfect, as usual. Shout out to Monique for running this place the right way. If you’re in town, this is a must stop for all your caffeine needs!

Monique runs an exceptional store. I work often at this location. Staff always greets everyone with infectious positivity. The team is motivated and engaging, even when busy. The positive culture at this store is undeniable. Everything about this location is clean and inviting. This store is the standard.

We love Starbucks but this location goes beyond expectations. Stephanie’s customer service is amazing, remembers our names and our usual order. We actually love the morning shift, fast and the coffee is always good. Thank you ladies !

Great time today with my sisters. Katie is the best. Just love her positive and caring ways. Great chai tea and the store was very clean. Long wait due to short staff. Great pink drinks served here. New cups today. Awesome. Tried a iced chia latte cinnamon today. It was fabulous. Great time at Starbucks with my sister. The chai tea is always my favorite. Christmas cups and ornaments are in. Love the new keychain.

I was having a really rough day and the baristas at the drive thru put a smile on my face. It made me feel so hopeful about the situation I was in, thank you! 🤎

The employees are very courteous and they act like they care about us as customers.

This is the best Starbucks in Fayetteville. The staff are always amazing. My favorite barista is Steph. She always has a smile and kind comment for me. Austin and Seraphina are also the bomb dot com. The staff always provide an awesome experience.

The new change in Management was really what the store needed. The store is always clean, the environment is much more friendlier and Monique (the new store manager) is friendly, caring and just an all around great person. I look forward to keep coming here

Stopped by just to get my mid day pick me up and it was perfect!

First off, the music is GREAT!!! Love the vibe here. Second, the Baristas went above and beyond 2 consecutive days to make a substitute coffee drink for me. Honestly, the drink those ladies made was better than the drink I actually wanted. I'm glad they were out of the ingredients needed to make the drink I initially wanted. Outstanding work, ladies!!!

The usual starbucks experience, a jand crafted drink made in no time at all.

They get my drink right every. Single. Time. All of the employees I've had interactions with are super pleasant too. My favorite location in the area. Only thing is when it's a busy day the parking lot gets super cramped.

It seems like a great place to get coffee and tea ,I stopped it to meet someone I a little afraid of Starbucks 🤣🤣 I mite just like it to much 🤣🤣 the employee's was very nice and helpful too everyone 😀 🙌✌

Everyone at this location are always nice and friendly. My order is always correct 90% of the time. One of the best locations in Fayetteville in my opinion.

I had a grande pumpkin cold brew coffee with the cream on top . It was seriously made to perfection ( I did ask for one less pump if syrup(
) so I had just the subtle hint of pumpkin . And I had the egg, bacon and Gouda sandwich. Just yum all around. Service was great . Always happy at this location.

Love this one. They're quick and friendly through drive through. I just wish they'd learn the perfect balance of not overfilling the fraps. 😂😂 I don't want mess all over my car.

Really nice staff. Happy faces and pleasant attitude goes a long way for a chain the sales the exact same thing across the US.
Typically I dont sit in to drink my coffee but my family and I decided it was a nice day to do so.
I ordered the sweat cream cold brew. I believe that's what it was called. It was my first time ordering that as I was looking for something low calorie to treat myself with. It was a great choice I would soon find out! It was sweet but not too sweet and cold brew is never bitter so that's always good. I enjoyed every bit of it and I will definitely order that again in the near future.
The bathrooms were clean and the seating are was clean as well.
My friend actually ordered her drink and forgot to mention she wanted it iced. So she received it hot and they gave no trouble at all to remake it cold. She was so delighted!
It was a really nice experience and I would recommend this location to others.

When this location opened up it was closer to my office than the one by the mall so I decided to check it out. Within a month the staff at this location had familiarized themselves with me for a personal customer experience. They’re all sooooo amazingly friendly, my orders are always exactly how I like them- the location is clean, tidy and relaxing for a nice lunch break after the long mornings. I love being able to come to the drive through or lounge, and be recognized, chatted with and treated like a friend vs just another customer. Probably the most heartwarming and pleasant experience I’ve ever had with any other Starbucks! Highly recommend!
