We placed an order at a different location (SW 134th& Penn) for delivery. The order arrived and it was wrong. I called the store and after 1.5 hours on hold, hung up. We called a second store( SW 134th & Western) to see if they knew why they were not answering, they tried and didn't have luck getting anyone. Laci offered to make the order right, but said they didn't deliver so we would have to pick it up. We declined as we didn't want to get out hence paying for delivery. After our phone call Laci reached out to Jenn, the manager at SW 149th & Western (this store). Jenn contacted us and offered to make the correct pizza and deliver it to us. When Jenn showed up she not only had the correct pizza but she also threw in a few additional items. She went above and beyond to fix our issue that had nothing to do with her store. Talk about excellent customer service!!!

I've always enjoyed this place, I know plenty of the workers and they're good people. I can't speak for the gas prices because I go elsewhere anyways. But getting an extra large soda to split with my bro for $1.09 has been a pleasant experience.

So I saw this opening up on willshire okc and I was excited to shop here however, it hasn’t opened yet. My curiosity got the better of me and I began scouring the internet searching for a opening date and alas I couldn’t find one. This is when I began moving my search to already opened stores and asking them. This is when Brittany from the Yukon store answered. I asked a simple question and got an informative short answer that brought my hunt for knowledge to a end. This has been a exhilarating 3 hours and I will most definitely be shopping there at 0500 CST 1/9/2020.

Most employees would’ve simply stated they don’t know and hung up the phone, but Brittany went above and beyond with getting information that is imperative to my personal morning schedule. I can almost guarantee that Brittany is not payed enough. 5/5 will be shopping there tomorrow and will post pictures.

Their BBQ pizza and Taco pizza are AMAZING! Employees are AMAZING! Donuts are AMAZING! Gas prices are AMAZING!!!
