Jeanine and Kim are the best!! They made sure everything is top tier and organized. This is the cleanest store ive ever been too and it smelled amazing. They have great customer service and will make sure they do everything to help the customer! If i could give 10 stars i would!

The only thing better than the selection here is the service! Jeanine was great help and got me some awesome bourbon! Fair prices too!

Great customer service and had things that my local liquor store has been out of since January. Also they have Very Heavy Duty Paper Bags unlike the liquor store in Dayton, Tn cause your liquor bust out of those bags...

To the gentleman tonight who recommend me to the DESTIHL brewery haze of the dead hazy IPA..hats off to you good sir. Nah the staff was super friendly and they had a great selection. First time in there but definitely won’t be the last. It helped a lot that he didn’t like the patriots but 🤷🏻‍♂.

Easily one of the top craft beer selections in West Knoxville. They also sell individual bottles and allow you to make your own six packs.

Wine selection is wide and varied as well. Liquor and liqueur selection is interesting but at times feels haphazardly stocked with some notable gaps. Also a little too much emphasis on moonshine but YMMV.

Prices appear to be in a mid-range tier...not the best in Knoxville but not the worst, and the selection more than makes up for it.

When I come to Knoxville, I always stop by here to get those little airplane-size bottles - they have a lot of these, and they're cheaper than the small bottles at Bob's.

Tonight when I dropped by they were out of the Bailey's fun-size, so I found a 3-pack of them back in the shelves and went to buy it instead. The owner (I think it was the owner) charged me the price of one bottle instead of the price of the 3-pack. I hadn't complained, and he didn't say anything, just charged me the reduced price. I thought that was pretty standup of him.

Good selection of wines, beers and liquor. The location is easy to access. The staff is friendly and able to assist with finding new things to gift friend and family.

The great selection is backed up with good customer service, and surprisingly cheap prices, given the location. It was Thunder Road before, but they were threatened with a lawsuit by the owners of the movie by that title (nobody knows why). They offer free tastings of select products, with detailed explanations of what makes each selection special.

Super nice owner. Very helpful and has great custom barrel selections every month or so.
