They matched a stain for me from a sample piece of an antique desk. I had to bring it back for them to darken it. It was my fault. I didn't bring a wood sample that I was using on the Murphy I'm making for a client.

Now what paint did I purchase back in 2012? I couldn't remember and had no receipt or label. However, the associate was able to look it up by name and address, which was outstanding. Excellent product, matched beautifully, even after 8 years.

My friend was looking for a specific shade of navy blue as a stain. The employee worked on the stain mixture until it was just right. We were impressed with the care and time taken to mix the stain. He kept testing it on a plank of wood until it was acceptable to him.

Color match technology is excellent , that is so dificult to do, product knowledge is the best compared to any other competitors, over the phone paint orders are done in a timely matter, formula for paint/stain mixtures and color name kept on file of individual projects are easily accessed for future reverence, extremely helpful for applications, techniques and tools to make any job easier for best results and less mess and easier clean ups, which saves your back, time, and wallet. Spray machines available for purchase and full line of attachments such as multiple hose lengths, spray guns, tips, ect. Clean store, bathrooms, uncluttered show room, multiple hands on displays and texture options to help with decor desicion making, and last but not least product warranties! All customers treat with the utmost respect and understanding whether a professional or beginner. Very very patient beginners.

As a home repair specialist, these guys are great they know their product, have tips and suggestions that always help to make my projects run smooth. In an area that is not my expertise.

Paints are priced comparable to other brands, store employees are extremely helpful and polite. Besides, Sherwin Williams Paint is really good. Used it on our home in Florida also.

Christy has a real eye for color! I spent hours and hours on Color Snap. I met with Christy and she selected a color that was much better than anything I had considered. I now am in the process of finding and hiring a local painter to do the job while paint is on sale in March.
