I needed extra help with a sizable print order. Eduardo gave me a couple of tips to improve the final look and feel of my flyers. Without his help they would not have come out right. Thanks for going the extra mile for me!

Wonderful service! Gabby and her manager were the only ones available in the printing department and she managed to multitask very well with a few customers at a time to ensure the best service in a timely manner! She’s a rockstar and I’m very grateful for her patience and knowledge.

I had a very positive and productive shopping experience here and was assisted by two polite and helpful employees. One of the employees, who I believe may have been the manager or a supervisor, helped me select a wireless receipt scanner, cardstock, and some desk drawers to fit under my current reception desk. He even helped me by wheeling out the desk drawers on a dolly to my vehicle in the parking lot. That was absolutely above and beyond, especially since I didn't request it. I will absolutely return to this location next time I need to replenish my supplies. 5 stars!

I have had only great experiences so far. The online order process is quick and easy. The staff at the store are all friendly and efficient. The orders are printed quick. What more could I ask for?!

I had an amazing experience with LaKrisha. Without her help I would not have been able to complete my task. I am an Army veteran who suffers with anxiety among many other things and I was overwhelmed when I got to the store. LaKrisha put me at rest and became my “Shero” for the day. Thank you for awesome employees like her. ❤

LaKrisha in the print center was very helpful. She walked me through the process to create posters online for Office Depot printing. She went the extra mile and called me to explain the pixel issue when photos are blown up.too large. This saved us lots of time, money, and frustration. I also watched LaKrisha with other customers. She was just as helpful as she was with me. Very thankful!

Lacresha was amazing. Very patient person. She should be the regional trainer. I was on my way out the door mad as hell because her co worker didn’t want to help out. He is getting paid to point to things in the store. He was unwilling to help at all but this review is about my amazing cashier who went above and beyond for me. You can’t teach or train hospitality. Lacresha you are the real MVP. Thank you for being an amazing individual.

This particular Office Max, on Arroyo Crossing Pkwy, is superb, mainly because of Greg who runs it and is friendly. professional and goes the extra mile!!! Very RARE these days. I have been to Office Max/Depots in CA, FL and other ones in Vegas and none compare to this one.... BTW, Ivan is the guy to go to for your computer issues.. He knows his stuff,..Recently went in for printing a booklet and Michael D assisted me as well as Greg.. Quick professional printing.. Way to go always!!!

We darted in like slightly wild people seeking a very specific item we knew was in stock (thanks to visiting a prior store). we knew there were 4 in stock and could only find 2 but an employee quickly helped us find the other two. we paid and rushed out. we must have looked quite confusing but everyone was helpful and fast. we were in an emergency where we needed 900 badges by the next day as we had no badges (the order never came). thank you!

Greg welcomed my husband and I, right when we walked in the door. He asked what he could help us with, (we were looking for an office chair). He directed us to the location and told us that if we had any questions, that he would be happy to answer. As we were looking at the chairs, Greg was nearby, but not so close that we felt pressured or uncomfortable. When we chose the chair we liked, we told him. He not only brought the chair up to the register, but then proceeded to walk it out to the car for us. It was a very pleasant experience all together and a great way to start our morning.

Pickup was good the website stinks though due to all the pop up ads at the end.

New to the area and the times I have had to use the store the staff has always been very helpful. I will continue using this store for future purchases. Thank you.
