Jensen Reserve

JR has some of the best products around. Their meats, charcuterie, and other products are out of this world! The staff is always willing to go the extra mile for everyone. Such a wholesome place to go for top notch healthy products.

My family and I love This place. Causally found this farm by driving past their sign in 2020. And always enjoy going here for all there wonderful products.

FYI- The charcuterie board was a hit for super Bowl Sunday last year!

It’s a little bit of a drive for us so it’s not a weekly shopping spot. But anytime we want to entertain or to give a gift or hosting present JR is top of the list.

This is a fun place to visit as well as a great place to buy meats, canned foods, hand made spice mixes, dips and more. I visited the friendly pigs and watched them have some chocolate donut treats. I look forward to bringing the grandkids to visit, I'm sure they'll love it.

Pimento Cheese at this store is by far the best I have ever had. If you are a connoisseur like I am it is worth the adventure to get here.

Bring your kids and bring your city friends. They also have the cutest piglets in the fields along the driveway. They are so cute. And you can sometimes pet the babies when they come up to the fence.

I love coming here.

So.... my first inclination is to lie and tell you how terrible this place is so I can keep this hidden gem all to myself....BUT my conscience wins yet again... This reserve is a hidden oasis that has live animals, fresh (packaged there) meats, specialty meats, charcuterie goodness, honey, jam, fresh meat packages including chicken, beef, hotdogs, sausages, cheeses.... the list goes on and on!!! Most things are made or packaged there. They do have a few items from other local vendors. The best part, (if you come at the right time) you can feed the pigs!!!

This is the only place we buy our meat from! From chicken, steak, bacon and burgers to dips, seasoning and local items! They have so many options to choose from. I feel safe buying from them because they know exactly where their meats and coming from. They people that work there are also great and super helpful! Denise is the manager and always helps us! She is great at giving us ideas and suggestions for our meals. Definitely give Jensen Reserve a try if you’re in the area! (And yes, it does look like you’re driving down someone’s drive way.. take a chance and go!)

I love Jensen Reserve! Their chicken breasts are the best I’ve ever had and at a great price! I love the Meishan pork hot breakfast sausage! You can call in what you want and they will make sure they have it or cut it up for you! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly!!

My family has loved buying meat from Jensen Reserve for several years. Their meat is so good. We recently moved to the Hoschton area and decided to buy a 1/4 cow from someone local. Let me just say DON'T DO IT! The quality is not the same. The sealed packages leak when they are thawed. The steaks are like leather. The roast meat has to be cooked twice as long in the pressure cooker to be able to chew it. We are struggling to eat our 1/4 cow so we can buy our next one from Jensen's. So, if you are thinking of doing this, DON'T. :) They offer shipping and we will definitely use that.

Jensen Reserve is absolutely amazing. The quality of their beef you will not find anywhere else in Georgia. I am retired military and I'll tell you it is phenomenal, professional with superb customer service! I can't wait for my next order!

THIS place is such a blessing - not only do they have the best and only chicken I will ever eat again- they go above and beyond with any request you have- including a huge event , providing the food! Set up and clean up. If you haven’t tried the chicken salad- run get some! We looked around our area for a 1/4 cow without success. An online search is how we found Laura's business. The price was in line with other options we located and when they offered free shipping I couldn't stop from placing an order. The meat came to us still frozen and it didn't take as much time as I thought it might. The meat is DELICIOUS! Excellent quality. I will order again when our freezer starts to empty.

Love the folks at Jensen Farms -- so friendly and helpful. So far we've bought a full cow, 1/2 hog, the Bock Bock Chicken box and a whole bunch of charcuterie meats. The quality of the meats is incredible. The are packaged well for easy freezer storage and by buying in bulk we not only save money, but always have exactly what we're looking for in the freezer. Definitely try the Meishan pork!

We love visiting the farm at Jensen Reserve. We go there for their chicken breast, they taste so much better than grocery store. The chicken is moist and very flavorful. My kids love visiting the farm too. The staff let the kids feed the pigs which they love! The chicken always come for a snack too.

Jensen Reserve is a hidden gem that is worth seeking out! The quality of meats and foods they produce and sell is unparalleled. Always try to have some of their products in my kitchen and am sad when I run out! Some of my favorites are the chicken salad, bacon wrapped French onion stuffed chicken breasts (you read that right!!) sour kraut and their all beef hot dogs, bacon jam…and so many others!

Fantastic local farm for the best pork, chicken and beef. The quality is so much better than chain stores and the folks helping you are the best! Love my trips to Jensen Reserve!
