Always a clean store with friendly staff. Hardly ever a wait in line. Pharmacists are knowledgeable and friendly. Aies are never blocked with merchandise. We come here for all our booster shots.

Ordered some photos last week, arrive 3 hours after estimated time only to find an associate and another customer going through my photos trying to figure out if any of those were hers. I was mortified, when I confronted the associate about it I was offered no apology and was told that I had to wait another 20 minutes for my pictures( the other customer claimed a few of my camping photos), I was mad so I stormed out and told her to cancel the order and dispose of my photos. Woke up to an email today (6/18/22) informing me to claim and pay for my pictures,
I was there as soon as they and this is when everything changed thanks to the MOD Lauren Thompson. My photos had indeed been disposed, but my order was never cancelled. Lauren made sure that it was cancelled and then she proceeded to reprint my photos and gave them to me at no charge. I was able to put a small photo album together of my 1’year old nephew and show my father who is currently in hospice care. Thank you so much Lauren, you really made this family’s Father’s Day Weekend.

Best pharmacy. Usually go to Powell store but had to come to this. Exceeded my expectations and had blown customer service, friendliness, and helpfulness threw the roof. May take the extra time and drive the extra mileage to use this walgreens.
