Doing some work on a couple home renovations and used this store to order what we needed at the Pro Desk. Not sure of the managers(?) name, but 10/10 service. Very friendly, extremely down to Earth and cool person to deal with. Best Lowe’s experience I’ve had so far.

Khay & Harry, you are the best!! Thank you for taking the extra time to understand our problem to find the solution! Khay, you diagnosed our problem (leak below attic) before I told you what the licensed plumber of over 10 years had said. You gave the exact same diagnosis without seeing it after i explained the leak and answered a few of your questions. Dad and I were incredibly impressed with how thorough and knowledgeable you were in areas even outside your specialty! You were extremely patient, energetic, enthusiastic, and just interested in meeting our needs! Thank you for going the extra mile!!

Then you tagged in Harry who did not disappoint! He took us home with our attic needs! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on just how to direct us on the A/C! You were the perfect pair today!

I placed a order for a bath room screen before I went on a cruise so the week I got back I called to see if it was there they said yes so i go to pick it up. To find out it wasn't even there but I did receive back my money .

I had been to Home Depot and they did not have what I need. They said that they had 39 of the item that I was looking for but could not locate them. I went to Lowe’s and found the items needed quickly.

After all of your assistance, you found the one I wanted at the store in Snellville, and suggested I go there instead of waiting for my order to arrive in several weeks. I went to Lowe’s after considering going to Home Depot and I am glad I did! I needed to replace the screws to hang my tv mount. Mark and Carl went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t be more appreciative! So knowledgeable, speedy, courteous, professional, & friendly! Can every Lowe’s have a Carl & Mark??! 😊

The staff I encountered during my visit was so nice and helpful. I was purchasing a new lawnmower and he helped me understand what to look for and how to compare the brands.

We were helped today by two
polite, helpful employees, Bobby and a young lady. The product was not available on the shelf. They checked the inventory and had to get a forklift to get the amount of items we needed. We were so appreciative for their kind assistance. Thank you for such great employees !!

This store is conveniently located, the staff is helpful, and most prices are reasonable but I always comparison shop. Love the garden, lighting and kitchen especially.

Came here today to purchase a few items from Lowe's, Khalil and Thomas went above. Not only were they very professional, knowledgeable and patience. They both took the time to cut my sheet rock in the sizes I needed. Thank you! Great customer service!

Wonderful experience. I had ordered from Home Depot because slightly cheaper. Bad choice. Home Depot cost me over a day of lost work. Switch to Lowes. Meant at door with someone to help gather the large order and help load it. Alondra at the pro desk went way above and beyond to get us out the door with a way better deal than the other place. She definitely is a 10 plus employee!!!
Next time with a pro account we get $20 delivery!!! Loyal Lowes customer from now on!!!
