AT&T Store

Went in to upgrade my phone and Maria was very helpful. My old phone caused a bit of problems getting data transferred over. Maria was extremely patient and troubleshot the issue to get it resolved. See you all again in 3 years for my next upgrade.

Excellent customer service - purchased an Apple Watch. Highly recommend. Kudos to Duwan Moore - very professional and knowledgeable.

I typically visit the North Point Store, but Maria was fantastic - she was knowledgeable and kind! I do wish there were more in store options available as I needed to buy new cords/plugs for everywhere.

My visit was great! I had no wait. The girl working here was so kind. She answered all of my questions and fixed my problem.

Went to this AT&T store because they were the only ones with the new 15 pro in stock, and I couldn’t have been luckier to end up at this specific location. Was helped by a man named Deven, and was absolutely blown away by his service. Not only was he highly competent, but he was authentically trying his best to get me and my mom the best deals, at the best prices, and alerted us to a variety of ways in which we could save on our current package with AT&T. I could not be more proud to have done business with a man like that. I cannot speak to his beliefs, but it was obvious to me this is a character who is rich with the Holy Spirit. I could not speak higher of my interaction with him. If you go to this location, ask for Deven. You won’t be disappointed.

No issues here! Spencer was working and he is the man. We visited this location on Sunday around 3PM & he was extremely helpful. He deserves a full Christmas bonus.

Deven is one of the best associates that’s ever helped me out with anything. He is extremely kind, patient, skilled at his job, and goes above and beyond whenever you have an issue with your account. Cannot express how much easier it took to find the best resolution for troubles I had with an account billing issue.

Nigel G. (His last name wasn’t mentioned) was amazing! He was the only person in the store but he was very fast, friendly, and most of all very transparent. THIS STORE IS BETTER THAN THE NORTH POINT ONE!! The store on Mansell has people that don’t care and doesn’t even greet customers. Nigel not only greeted us but also took care of us better than I thought. Would definitely go back for another phone/device.

Shakiera and Jason were phenomenal and helped me resolve my issue immediately. They did it with sincere concern for me. Truly professionals! All other team members were friendly and eager to assist them with making my experience nothing short of excellent.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything before trying to sell anything and made sure I am comfortable with what I am getting and understand the terms for transferring my wireless and get new fiber internet for my home.

It was wonderful! I am a completely satisfied customer. My first visit Sebastian me aware that my 7 was dated. So I bought an 11. I have come back twice with specific questions and Tameka has been so helpful. And even more importantly she acted with respect towards my many questions. Cell phones are new to me so I always have questions.

The new staff at this location is Amazing!!! I have been to this location many times over the years and have never had a better experience than I did today! Thank you Shak, Shai, and Maria for taking great care of all my needs!

Barbara was able to assist me over the phone with setting up a purchase device in store and when I got there they (she & Max) were very attentive when I arrived in store for my purchase! Despite being very busy with other customers on Cyber Monday I received everything thing I needed in a timely fashion! I really like this location and the services available and definitely will be back!

I went to the AT&T located on Holcomb Bridge Road in Roswell. I went in to inquire about my gift cards and why I hadn't received them. Victoria Beasley was super helpful. She put in a ticket and we will follow up in a couple days. Originally Maximilian assisted us and he was also amazing! I can’t think of any time that I’ve gone in the store and I didn’t get exceptional customer service from every representative in there. Anytime I have an issue or even just to purchase a new product I will always going to this location.

Tameka was very very helpful. She helped us pick the best phones for my Father in Law, my husband, and me. She also patiently helped us transfer all our data and wipe my old phone. I'm not very tech savvy. Very thrilled with our service. Thank you!!
