Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

The customer service was great. The store is large and looks new. This was a much better experience than the Arnold Mill Sherwin Williams.

Juan was so very helpful and knowledgeable! I'm a first time visitor to the store and will be back for other painting needs.

This is my “go to” Sherwin Williams. The store is neat, clean, organized and they have tons of paint chips to view. The employees here are always friendly, professional and very helpful! Last summer, I spent weeks trying to decide on a exterior color for our home and just couldn’t find the right color. I went and spoke to one of the employees at this location and he suggested three colors that sounded like good choices based on the information I gave him. We ended up painting our home one of the colors he suggested and it’s perfect! Love this store!

I visited this location three times yesterday. Each time I was helped by three different team member and EVERY, SINGLE, time I was treated very very well. All team member were very professional and knowledgeable about there products. They were able to help me figure out what I needed exactly even though I was not really sure. I will go back to this location every time I need paint.

Well run store, helpful staff who answer questions in common sense terms. They're pretty good at color matching to anything you take in with you. Join their perks program for special deals.

After visiting the Crabapple store June 1 at 1:15 And not being acknowledged at all I decided to head over to the Roswell location . Two gentlemen greeted me and asked me if I needed any help as I walked In . As I was leaving the store the gentleman said again if we can help you with anything else . This store I will give my business to not Crabapple they were to busy watching a video .

Great paint, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly employees. I love that it feels like a friendly neighborhood store. The service is much better and faster than big box stores.
