Sam's Club

After letting our mbrship expire yrs ago, I let my husband talk me into joining sams again. We normally go to this location (But they need one in Millington/Tipton County!!) And our experience here has always been good, and we love the self ck out option. Every time we come here we have to eat!! Last time we got 2 big beef hot dogs, 2 big pieces of pizza, a 12oz frzn yogurt and two BIG drinks (with free refills) all for 9.00!! It was SO good. I came up with about 15 items we buy on a regular basis, and on every item, sams beats wmarts price.

Club Manager Joel did an awesome job resolving an issue I had with some items I left at this location. He reached out to me and had my issue resolved 100% in only a few days. He's definitely one of the best managers I've encountered in a while. Initially my problem took some time to even be fully acknowledged but its was even resolved. It's clean, staffed pretty good, and had everything I was looking for.

It was a great atmosphere. The associates were very polite and knowledgeable. Shopping was great. I would recommend Sam's Club to everyone.

The lines moved very fast. Found everything I needed. Buying in bulk is always good.

I would like to recognize Johnathan from the fuel center at the Sam club on Convington Pike. I only knows his name because he actually speaks to you as he passes. I have watched him actively try to monitor traffic and direct you to an open pump.

This store is well stocked and the associates are very friendly. There are specialties like smoked turkey, holiday goodies and decorations. If you can't find something to suit your fancy, you haven't looked around.

Everything the food was nice and the pizza had a really nice taste and cheese pull, but it was a lot of grease on the pizza so I just had to take the grease off of it to avoid having a heart attack.

Great selection of groceries for our large family! Plus I always find something a little special on sale, like the berry jam for under $3.

They always have nice reasonable cloths for men, women, and children.

Well went to pick up a chicken got it .got in car totally Dead!!! Went back in found young man said he would get me some help.he got the correct man!he brought His truck around and jumped my car drove it around to shop got a battery put in and all is right in the world. Had called my son told him what was going on he was at work whole conversation with him no go did what I wanted. He told meplCes like to take advantage of old women. Not true at Sam's. Had Total faith in the people at That store.if u ever need help just Ask .the young man name is Kenntb,dept Mgr is Winston, store Mgr is Joel never meet nicer people!! Pick up order was easy and fast. Had almost everything in stock. Gas at a good price. Always find what I need.

Great place to shop....got everything you need.....clothes,food,drinks,alcohol, wine,candy,etc

All is well when you can scan and pay using the app. Jasmine, who was working in the meat department, went above and beyond to help us find an item we were looking for.

Seasonal products make sure to keep shopping interesting.

Well stocked and no long line to deal with now that I use Scan & Go.

Took a while for my pick up order, and parking for pick up was scarce only due to people parking and going in to shop, so not a Sam's issue, but a people issue. I've never gone inside this Sam's so I'm not sure of what it's like. The gas station was crowded, but once again to be expected since the gas is more affordable. The person who put my groceries in the car was pleasant.

Great deals if buying in bulk. Rotisserie chickens are the best and affordable

The pharmacy has to be the best in town. They are always so friendly and helpful. Wouldn't chose anywhere else to go ☺

Very busy but pick up order correct

Scan N Go was quick, easy, and convenient at this super busy location. I was able to find everything that I needed and I didn't have to wait in line to checkout. Their rotisserie chicken is delicious! We also love their pizza, hot dogs, and ribs. Sam's practically has everything that you could think of wanting or needing. They have tons of foods, juices, sodas, electronics, clothing, shoes, gift cards, furniture, cleaning supplies, pet food & items, and even books. They also have free food samples for certain items so that yoi can taste before you buy. Some items are overpriced but overall you truly get your money's worth!

Went for gas. Great price and lowest around. Very short wait in line, and all pumps were open.
