Had the BEST experience here today. The guy was super nice, very helpful. We found some AMAZING products at a competitive price, honestly highly recommend this place!! We got a great deal for Thanksgiving, we were very pleasantly surprised, it honestly made our day.

Went in not planning to buy anything but ended up buying a new vape kit thanks to Jodi! She was really helpful and answered all my questions. I am someone who is partially verbal and she was so patient with me and didn't get upset when I was struggling to form sentences.

I don't smoke or vape, but they have really quality Kratom at an excellent price.

First, I have to say due to successfully running my own Vape Shop previously, Mad Smoke & Vape is next to none the best Vape Shop I've been in! Their customer service is IMPECCABLE! I had purchased a new vape last week from them and had no problems with it, but I could not get the bottom off to change the coil, so I brought it back to see if they could help me. They worked with it, but instead of having me wait for them to figure it out, the owner replaced the whole tank and the coils I purchased, no questions asked! Customer service is 90% of what makes a business successful and they give 100% of it. They are more than reasonable with their prices, exceptionally friendly, and most of all that store is the epidemy of clean. These people will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy before you leave. Go by and 👀 for yourself. You won't be disappointed. 👌

I went here the other day to look at their vapes and delta-8 products and was impressed by their variety of each, and two employees by the name of Seven and Tiam were very knowledgeable of nearly everything in the store including that of delta-8 products. I highly recommend this vape shop over others in the area.
