Ingles Market

I recently had a pleasant experience at Ingles #408 in Trenton, Georgia, and I couldn't wait to share my positive encounter with everyone about the wonderful staff.

My journey began with a simple phone call to the local CVS across the street, desperately seeking a solution to my money order needs. Unfortunately, their money order machine was down, yet again; it's been "down for 2 months, now that I know of. Frustrated but determined, I decided to call Ingles to inquire if they sold money orders. Little did I know, this phone call would set the stage for an unexpectedly pleasant shopping experience. I've always heard about "first impressions" and now I realize how much impact a positive phone call can have when dealing with the pubic.

I was greeted by a cheerful and professional young lady named Elania. Her upbeat attitude and helpful demeanor instantly brightened my day. She not only confirmed that Ingles offered money orders but also provided all the information I needed. Impressed by her efficiency, I couldn't help but call back to speak with the manager and commend the outstanding service I received over the phone. I could tell the Manager was proud to learn that his staff had done an excellent job; I've always known that employees reflect upon the policies as expressed by management.

Upon my visit to the store, I was eager to meet Elania in person, only to find out she had already gone home. However, my disappointment quickly turned to confidence when I encountered Cari at the Service Desk. It was evident that Cari, like Elania, was a true "people person." Her friendly and approachable nature made my transaction seamless and enjoyable.

What struck me most about my experience at Ingles was the consistently excellent customer service provided by the employees. It's rare to find a team that genuinely enjoys their work, and it was evident that the positive atmosphere at Ingles #408 contributed to the exceptional service I received.

Leaving the store with a smile on my face, I couldn't help but wonder why I hadn't made Ingles a regular part of my shopping routine. If you're in the Trenton area and value outstanding customer service, I highly recommend stopping by Ingles #408. Kudos to the team, and a special shoutout to the Manager, Elania, and Cari for making this customer's day. I'm sure you'll be glad you did!

Great experience with party platters we ordered. Very patience with ordering. Great service when picked up the platters. Everyone was friendly and they were many workers communicating to ensure our order was being handled. Food was very good, all very fresh and each platter presentation looked good. Thank you!

It's a large chain grocery store with a hometown feel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the store is always well stocked.

Great experience. They had every thing my wife and I needed to make our stay in Lookout Mountain even better! The staff were all very polite and when we are this way again, we will be back! 5/5 Would recommend!

Very pleased with this little market. We had to make a few visits here during the week while staying in the area for vacation. There is a good selection, and the employees were helpful.

Ingles is my main store of the 3 grocery stores to shop in Trenton. I've been going here for years. Nice selection, decent prices, and friendly people. Dewayne seems to be a great manager. Update... Today there was a terrible storm. While I was gone to get the car, 2 different employees asked my 87 mother if they could go get her car for her. How nice was that?

People a4e Johnny on a spot with service that is very kind very attentive The produce was fresher than any I found at any Krogers and any Publix between Florida and Tennessee.

They have a great selection of deli sandwiches, subs, ect. I’ve heard people complain about the prices, but honestly I didn’t notice a difference. Every store around Trenton and Alabama is expensive. Trenton is definitely cheaper then the Alabama town I live in which is why I come here. Check it out, good selection of all foods

We was able to pick up what groceries we needed for our stay, staff was friendly, you can get their saver card which saves you money and it doesn't cost to sign up.

Cashier and bagger very helpful and friendly. Store very clean. Bathroom very clean. Like the wider aisles. Sale items at reasonable price comparable to other stores. Large selection of baked goods and produce section, as always.

My family and I absolutely could not ask for better service. We love the Deli and the Bakery. You never have to question if an item is fresh because it always is. The management, cashiers, stockers...etc. are always helpful and polite. There's not one employee there that wouldn't go out of their way to make sure your experience was nothing but the best. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone.

Np finding what I needed, It's always the one grocery store I can count on. They have some off brand Carolina Reaper puffs. They're better than most chip like snacks I tried! If you like spicy give em a try

Bright, clean, great meat and bakery departments, wide selection and reasonable prices.

The bakery, meat, and deli are fantastic. Although it is the produce that sets this place apart from other grocery stores. I love shopping here to create great meals.

Well this is my go-to place after I get done hang gliding. Or the first stop when I get into town the food is always fresh and well stock the store is very clean and friendly and even though I've been gone ten years come back and see the same people working there which was very nice!

Love the store. Trying to get use to all the changes made - every store is doing this. Great meat and veggies. Good prices. I don't like they stopped making my fav tiger tale doughnut though.

The best middle-ground between prices and quality, in the area.

They've got a Redbox, an incredibly friendly staff, and they're the only grocery store in the area that has self-checkout lanes.

So if you don't like talking to people, it's awesome.
If you like talking to people, it's awesome that way too, because they hire great people.

And they've got a good deli.

Very convenient, with an ideal size for a grocery store. Lots of good selection, and their produce and meat is some of the best in town. The staff really make it though. Every member of the staff have been friendly, helpful and respectful. A definite step above the service I receive at the other grocery stores.
