Had a very good experience buying my 1989 Michael Keaton Batman Cowl from this shop. Owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. Kids loved going in and looking at all the neat things that were on display. 10/10 would recommend this store to anyone

I wanted to share my experience about this amazing store, and the people who own and operate it! First of all, I attended their opening day a few months back, and have been coming back month after month ever since. There are other stores in the local area that sell toys and comics. But I love this store because of the overall atmosphere of warmth and friendliness from both Rodney and Diana, the owners! Not to mention the fact that the selection is unbeatable in terms of the scope and wealth of pop culture knowledge that is on hand at Batcave Treasures! I’m also very happy that I can bring my dog Elvis into the store, as they are pet friendly as well! I just love to hang out, talk about nerd stuff and walk away each time with new collectibles! It’s about the whole experience of going somewhere safe, versus just ordering products online. I recommend Batcave Treasures 100 percent for all
things related to comics, toys and collectibles! A++

Went to the shop around 2:30 and all of the lights were on and the door was unlocked. I walked into the store and was greeted by a guy with a weird look. I mean the audacity of this gentleman to smile at me and ask me how I was doing....ikr terrible. I then proceeded to walk through said establishment and checked out their products. I found something that I was interested in purchasing and the worker rudely took my money with a smile and they thanked me for my business. He then forced me to have a pleasant conversation before I exited the store as a happy customer! How dare they treat me that way.

I’m writing this review about my recent online shopping experience with Batcave Treasures!! I absolutely love how my favorite store in my hometown now has the option to place an online order, and as an added bonus, your rewards for shopping with the store appear right before you check out! This is a smart, easy, and very user friendly customer service website for placing online orders! I still love to come in person to see my favorite people, Rodney and Diana, but this makes for an “added” benefit that really enhances my ability to shop for my items. Also, i’m a loyal customer of Batcave Treasures, and their customer service is and remains impeccable - I can always count on a friendly smile to greet me and my dog at the front door! What more could you ask for? A++ customer service!

There's so much in this little store. I kept finding more and more amazing things. The shop owner is really nice, too.

This shop though small does pack a punch with a good variety of items and very fair pricing. There are a lot of newer items along with a few 90s and 2000s items. If you get the chance, swing by and have a chat and find something cool!

Came by today and had a few funko pops to get rid of. Rodney helped me even tho they have tons of merch. I know I didn't get what I wanted, but that's what happens when you collect and don't have room for more. I'm glad I went because the friendliness and warming welcome is why I made a deal. So glad I made the trip up. I'm definitely going back and definitely going to say hey at the Beyond Con on March 4th. Thanks again for your kindness. I'm sure my pops will go to a great home.

Shopped here several times for me and my daughter. Each time the owner/staff was as polite, comforting, and helpful as you could ask for. The store has plenty of items you won't find anywhere else in town, and the owner seems to be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his products 5⭐

I showed up at 5:45 and the sign on the door said they closed at 5:30. I pulled on the door and it was in fact locked. I appreciate the clarity they provided on their operating hours and the excellent example of following through by being closed when they were supposed to be closed.

The Batcave does not disappoint. I was excited to see a new comic and collectible shop open in the Memphis/Bartlett area and when visiting Batcave Treasures I noticed they have a little bit of everything. They have action figures from DC, Marvel, Star Wars, MEGOs, GI JOE, TMNT and more! They have a small, but growing selection of graphic novels along with some of the latest comics books from DC and Marvel. I’ve visited a few times now and they always have something new on the shelves. Let’s not forget the wall full of Funko PoPs!! The staff is friendly and always ready to discuss what’s happening back in Gotham City. Batcave Treasures is definitely a place to check out for collectible

Batcave is my favorite local collectible shop. Not just because of the quality but also because they're always kind. They treat you like family. I couldn't recommend it more.

Great store with phenomenal options. Local owned with nice stock available. Had a pre-order option from Amazon available in-store before my pre-order arrived.

This is my go to store for accumulating my Funko-pop, Lego, and figurines collection. The owners of the store understand what it means to be a customer and are genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve met. I’m ecstatic that this place exists so close to home and I would easily recommend Batcave Treasures and Toys to anyone remotely interested. Support local businesses!

Stopped in after getting my son's hair cut next door. As soon as I stepped in I was amazed by everything. These handmade by robots are amazing product. My son wanted mickey and my girl wanted oogie boogey. So we all had to get something. The only complaint is when you walk in you want to buy everything 🤣

Great selection, great service!

I used to frequent the Batcave when they were located up in Illinois. Rodney is a great guy and really adds to the fiber of any community. He also does a great job at listening to the customer base and sometimes will go out of his way to get a product you may be looking for.

The only problem you’ll have is deciding what to buy!

Excellent selection of collectables run by the nicest owners that work really hard to give back to the local collecting community. This is a wonderful store so if you are in the Memphis area - but local!
