AT&T Store

Reka was able to take my husbands I phone 7 and upgrade it to I phone 14 pro max.
She was only employee and able to handle at least half a dozen people within our time frame . She’s was so patient and kind.

I just got a new phone. I came to the Crabapple store (somehow, I couldn't get into my phone ( I was messing around with my settings) 😞 of course, I was freaking out! The store was open, but the door was locked, Nick was having his break, was in his car, and saw me. Came up to me, ON HIS OWN TIME, and fixed my phone so I could get in and use it.
Outstanding service and a very kind, respectful young man! Very appreciative of the "above and beyond " service Nick provided. Thank you again, Nick! ( I told you I was gonna put you on blast, lol ❤)

Bradley was awesome! We had an issue no other store or call would fix and he was very kind and patient with us. I've had my bitter experiences with AT&T but if you need something done come to this store!

I had bought my wife a new iPhone XR and we had some trouble getting it activated. So we went to the Crabapple store for assistance and to buy a case. Brandon was working and provided exceptional service to us. He immediately was able to identify the issue with the phone and got it activated very quickly. He also assisted my wife on how to use some of the new features and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable as well. Brandon made us feel very comfortable and has a great sense of humor. I would recommend anyone to go this Crabapple store for help and products. Thanks Brandon for all your help!

The reps in this store have always been helpful - but my experience with Chris Winn today really stands out. He was one of the best customer service reps I've ever dealt with - He had a great attitude, provided great service and was super quick in fixing my problem. Give him a raise!

This is the BEST customer service and solutions store for AT&T Services. My family has shopped here since it opened 14 years ago. Chris, Store Associate, provided excellent product support during a recent phone upgrade and also helped resolve a recent billing error on a Direct TV and Internet bundle. The level of personal service is exceptional and I will continue to shop here. More retail stores should be like Crabapple AT&T.

The employees at the Crabapple Road AT&T store are professional, friendly and helpful. In particular, Jamie is very knowledgeable and efficient. He is a "can-do" person who truly cares about making sure you have a good experience. I highly recommend this store!

I had the BEST experience at this location switching from a competitor. Brandon was personable, patient, not pushy, and made sure I knew all my options so that I could make the best decision based on my needs. I went to this store this morning very frustrated and upset. My son lost his phone and we got the replacement a week and a half ago. It didn’t work. My son is a junior in college and needed to register for classes. All the registration information was on the phone— of course😔 We were given the run around by the insurance program, the Apple store and an at&t store. No one could help us, let alone take the time to solve the problem. Brandon couldnt have been more helpful, such a breath of fresh air!! Excellent customer service! I recommend this store and wouldn’t consider using any other!

I need to talk about the exceptional customer experience I just had at the Crabapple Road location today. I’ve recently relocated from Canada and have to basically start over; while I’m so happy to be here, it has been a terribly frustrating time to need new everything. Brandon made my whole day today! Even if he didn’t know how to read Canadian ;) You know when you meet someone and just know they are good people? Yep that happened today. He made my needs a reality and it was a seamless (long) transition - even with him having to send me home for something I didn't have that we needed. The great conversation and amazing customer service was incredible. I can’t say enough good things. THANK YOU BRANDON…Go Astros! I’m sure I’ll be back again to have you replace my broken tempered glass screen sooner than later.

Definitely a place you should visit the guy that works here who is the general manager is such a sweet individual very kind and business oriented it seems like they have better New Management since the last time I've come here a while ago. The general manager is amazing check him out and find good services at this location

Rarely do these surveys, but Jonathan did an amazing job for us. It took a little longer than expected, but he really did it all! I didn't remember passwords and was pretty demanding and he sorted it all out and saved us a bunch of money. So impressed.

I stopped in to get my phone reset with a few question. Willie was great! He was so helpful. He answered all my questions, reset my phone, looked up a place I could get my phone screen fixed and then he gave me his number incase I have other questions! Thanks Willie.

If you seek exceptional customer service, ask for Jamie. His candid personality and professionalism set him apart from anyone else that I have met in this industry. Knowledgeable and witty, he addresses and resolves your concerns while simultaneously spreading a contagious laugh.

Excellent service. The two AT&T associates took the time to hear my questions and concerns. My issues were resolved. The associates at this store not only met but exceeded my expectations.
