Forever 21

I went today to return an online purchase. Tisha, the manager and another young lady assisted me. They are very nice and helpful. Great customer service I highly recommend shopping at Forever21 in Altamonte Mall.

I never even knew they had a plus size section in this store. My first time going upstairs and they had mom jeans on sale for $7. Here's the kicker...I'm normally a size 20 but the Jean's ran so big, I was able to get into a size 16. Yesssss....to the mom Jean's for $7!!

We just had a great experience here and were blown away by the great service of one of the employees. She was so helpful and went out of her way to make a sale and help us out at the same time. I think her name was Valeria or Aleria. Anyway great price and great time, thank you for your help making our day better.

Amazing customer service. JENNIFER was the sweetest person Ive had the pleasure of dealing with in a while. Very helpful and explained a few different size options for me instead of rushing me into a sale. Highly recommend this store with Jennifer and the friendly staff!

For fun, cool, fashionable and inexpensive clothes, sandals, and accessories, I shop here. Yes, they do not have the best quality fabrics and materials, but they are not too bad either. The merchandise is not meant for "long wear", but it's more for fun and affordable prices. I love their matte lipstick and faux eye lashes. Those two items are the best things for me from this store so far. I can't find those same items at a better price anywhere else. The lipstick lasts a long time, is smooth, and doesn't crack. The faux eye lashes are beautiful, and not too stiff.

My only complaint about forever 21 is there is not a location in Daytona Beach. I basically drive oh I don’t know 50 mins to shop here! I love the workers, the customer service, The cleanliness, but most importantly I LOOOOVE the prices. 🛍

Favorite clothing store and is where I get all my clothes from, they never fail to amaze me with their prices and deals. I bought a pair of jeans for $5 on sale over there and that was the best decision I have ever made! Love it here

Low-ish prices, kind staff, and very nice clothing. One of my friends took her daughter on a shopping spree here and have a fantastic time. In the end, I give it 5 stars because it's always clean.

Everything looked great, organized well stocked, but I didn't like they dont have benches in dressing room and the floor was dusty. But other than that it was good.

Always been a good store to find cute, inexpensive clothing. Bring your patience bc things are not in complete order. Not there fault though; there's just soon many items.

The clothes for everyone from small to 3X are very nice yet affordable. They have dresses and pants and shirts as well as jackets and shoes and assesories.The staff is knowledgeable about thier products as well as nice and very helpful. They have children's as well as men and women's clothes.

Great selection of clothes and prices are food. Shoes are very nice, too.

The clothes there are amazing and have all and any sizes, it also appreciates colored people which is amazing !!

Love Forever 21 the clearance rack is always full of wonderful items! Perfect place to find a cute outfit for cheap!
