Yet again, I had a phenomenal experience at Lowe's! This time, I have to give a shout-out to Danny and Ms. Pat A. in the garden center. I've been working on a front yard project that has me frequently visiting Lowe's, and these two have been absolutely amazing!

Danny was exceptional! As a petite woman, I didn't even have to ask for help with lifting the heavy bags of rocks. Danny jumped right in and assisted me without hesitation. He even went above and beyond by asking if there was anything else he could help with for my project. His proactive approach and proper suggestions made my experience incredibly smooth. 🌟

Ms. Pat A. was just as fantastic. Despite being at the register, she took the time to walk away and assist people who were browsing, even greeting them at the door with a smile, especially because it was raining. She was holding bags for umbrellas, ensuring everyone had a great experience despite the weather. ☔

Both Danny and Ms. Pat A. were committed to guiding me through my project, providing all the information I needed, and always doing so with a smile. 😊 Their dedication and kindness made my neighborhood Lowe's feel like a community, and I couldn't be more grateful for their help.

I was at Lowes a week ago and saw some very small beautiful pepper plants by the checkout line in the garden area. Just for the heck of it I bought two plants. It turns out that one with very small peppers is quite spicy, and the other quite mild. Outstanding!!!! Highly recommend them!

Everyone is always helpful and knowledgeable. On my last visit, Tom was very helpful im the plumbing department and explained things quickly and easily to get my project completed the right way.

I just made a purchase of three items in your Fern Park store.
A young lady named Kel (Kelly, Kellie) helped me in the self-checkout area. Her professionalism, store knowledge and personal assistance was beyond exemplary. Regard her as a valuable asset to your company.

It's a store where we can find a variety of things, sometimes it has gone very well for us because we have found very attentive and helpful staff, but other times not so well,
Even so, we like to shop there because we always find what we need,

I must say I am impressed. This is a beautiful store, the staff is friendly and educated. I have to recommend this store. I was not a big fan of Lowe's but from now on, I will start to go to this particular one. I picked up my order without complications and I could find better prices than other stores. My opinion about this store has completely changed. 👌

There is a guy that works back In the door depart name is Mike (don’t know his last name) he is really tall) That guy is just super helpful! He knows pretty much everything. I was doing a lot of little projects around my house. I would tell him what I was doing and he gave me tips on how to do it and told me things I should buy to do it right. Definitely would have had to make more trips to buy more stuff if it was not for his advice! Most knowledgeable guy I have dealt with in a hardware store!

I am not a fan of their third party delivery at all. However the associates in this store are extremely helpful and do the best they can for their customers

Went to Lowes 3x today and the crew here are PHENOMENAL!! My last stop was 12 mins before closing, in desperate need to buy 7 flower arrangements for a friends bridal shower and Danny Ortiz, Outdoor Garden Manager, helped me find everything I needed, got me a cart and didn't make me feel terrible (even tho I did bc it was closing time)!! Now that's customer service!! It's ppl like Danny who create raving fans and brand loyalty. I will never shop at another home improvement store. Love this location and the team! A huge shout-out and thank you!!!

Jeremiah at Lowes 6537 South US 17-92 gave may family and I great to start the Holiday season. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect Christmas tree. So many times people brush you off as if they are to busy. He was actually busy, stopped and gave us great customer service. Thanks for being awesome sir.

atosha Nichelle brightens life with her art. I love the employees at the Casselberry Lowes. They are super helpful. Their hearts are big. Just look at their message to other essential service workers.

2/5/23 - Picked up a great little window A/C unit for hubby's office
6/10/23 - found the extension cord that I needed - good price.
10/7/23 - went in to get concrete to put up our flag pole. Saw some really cute Halloween and Christmas inflatables. Nice selection.
12/9/23 - sale on poinsettia plants - 1qt pots @ 2 for $3.
9/2/2024 - Staff still very helpful. Found issues in the ladies' bathroom. The faucet in handicap stall would not turn on. One of the faucets in the main sink would not shut off. The door on the last bathroom stall would not close. The door issue was reported on our last trip to the store last month but is still not fixed. Ladies' bathroom stalls have no hooks on which to hang purses 😡

My husband and I went there on Wednesday to buy an outdoor kitchen, we asked Danny if we can have it for Saturday and in the morning(when usually takes up to 7 days to be deliver) he was doing the imposible to find what we want in different stores to satisfy our demands and he did, he called me on Friday to let us know that we will receive everything on Saturday and that the truck was going to be at my house at 6AM and yes there were on my house in time and for our surprise he deliver the items himself with another guy, both of them were awesome. Very satisfy with the service from the beginning to the end.

And absolutely stunning place to go to. They had all of the things that I was looking for. What I love about this location is that it is located on 1792 and 436. Easy to access from Casselberry Altamonte Springs and Winter Park. I also like the fact that they offer military personnel 10% discount. If you are looking for a place to be inspired to upgrade any part of your house this is the place to go to. If you cannot find something at the store feel free to use their website or their application. The stuff is extremely friendly and willing to help take things out to your car if you need help. I hope this review was helpful if it was give it a thumbs up.

I travel past Home Depot to shop at Lowe's. Only wish Lowe's carried Rigid tools. Then I would never have to go to Home Depot

Beatriz was so helpful in the hardware section when I was needing to figure out what to replace a sheered off bolt with.
I have definitely seen a positive shift in management over the last year or so. The employees at that store are now so helpful and greet customers with such a positive attitude.

First off, this is one of the greatest Lowes you will ever have pleasure to shop at. The special forces seal team 6 of home improvement retail is here. DJ helped me mix some paint for my front door and it was an honor. He is a great man and rumors of his greatness have spread far throughout the land. When he was born, it is said that the elders gathered many families together because a great man had been given as a sign great times for all mankind. I also got some googone. And then I was googone👋
