Dunkin'

The girl at the drive thru on 8/29/24 at 11:25am was one of the nicest people I’ve come across. Made my day even brighter. Wish I knew her name and could express my gratitude. She deserves a raise :)

So I went in the drive-through to order my free frozen coffee and a wake up wrap, there was a inconvenience while in the drive-through. Anyways , When I pulled through,they gave me my order and they gave me whipped cream on my coffee & two wake up wraps instead of just one I ordered . Such amazing service from Dunkin’ Donuts! Thanks so much for making my morning !

It's usually fairly busy when I go here but the line always moves fast. The employees are really friendly as well.

The drive-through at this Dunkin was perfect this morning. The service was quick and accurate.

We ordered the new chocolate cherry cold brew and tried some fun Spring Peeps doughnuts. The team member was very nice and remedied a small issue real quickly and well.

These guys in the best I literally just took the manager to work he took Uber as selection uberselect whatever he wanted he gets but I tell you what that's why he's the boss at this one at least because by far the nicest and cleanest restaurant with the nicest management team I've seen in a long time and then take a lot of people to work

I had a pleasant experience Erlande she provided service was excellent of getting my order in.

I stopped going to this Dunkin' location after drinking bad coffee. That was years ago. I visited again today to give it another try. I'm happy to report that their coffee making skills have improved (coffee pot probably cleaner too). The staff were helpful and efficient. The bathroom is clean. The egg/sausage sandwich I ordered was good. I'm now planning on installing their rewards app for my upcoming trips in the near future!

Their matcha are very good and cost efficient

The tall white guy with the dreaded hair is the nicest person I’ve ever met. He always remembers me and always goes above and beyond to make each of my visits better than the last.

The staff was great this morning 11/6/21. Some of the customers were just plain rude and the staff pushed through and was still very pleasant and helpful to the other customers waiting. The world is short staffed. If you don't have a couple extra minutes to stop for coffee- then don't. And don't take it out on the staff that did show up to make your coffee and cook your breakfast.

Our order was fresh and made perfectly as ordered with all our picky requests. Thanks again guys.

I have a closer DD to my house, but I refuse to go to that one. I drive extra miles to come to this location. Not only is food, drinks always fresh and very tasty. But the staff is incredibly professional and kind. Great service every time!

I have been to this location 4-5 times now and at different times of the day. I have always had very good customer service.

I absolutely can only praise the young man at the window this afternoon.The cash scanner wasn't working. He said don't worry about it I said let me give you the cash I have.He said.no really its okay. I said well let me give you what I have as a tip. He said.no really its okay...I was amazed that he was so kind and and considerate. They work really hard to please.the customer

The staff was so helpful and friendly! It was a great way to start my day and they went the extra mile to make sure I had the right order and that I was satisfied before I left.
My team of teachers who were counting on me were all super happy and satisfied with life... At least to the coffee wore off and the saw they were still at school. Haha

The employee that waited on us was very polite and shared with us what her favorite donut was. We went to a Dunkin in Oveido about 2 months ago and the 2 employees were so rude. They barely answered our questions. It was nice to have a smiling face at this location.

Update: 12/2021. New store manager has come and restored order and happiness to the force. It’s been truly magical to watch the transformation. Shout out to Natalia, Alexander, Hayden (worlds best sandwich maker) and the entire team! Thank you!!!

From 7 months ago: 1 star. I’m not sure what’s happened at this location the last month, but they used to a a 4-5 star. Now of 7 orders they ve messed up all 7 significantly. Wait times for preorder on app have been 20 minutes after arrival and they also give food out to people asking only first name so our order has been given to other guests multiple times. Please bring happiness and order back to the order :)

I tell you, some people. This establishment has done nothing but been a positive influence in this very small community. It is a simple Dunkin Donuts that serves you with a smile, kind words and sets you off as happy as can be with your coffee or whatever it is that you asked for. These young people here are excited to be alive. Their people skills surpass many many establishments that I've been too. And this is just a simple Dunkin Donuts but I tell you it is one to take notice. The management is wonderful as well. They have a very high morale and it shows.

I really like this place. Good hash browns and just recently I tried the power breakfast sandwich. The multi-grain bun was really really good as were the eggs with veggies. Very satisfying. I was not hungry for a good 6 hours afterwards so I feel I got my money's worth.

I went today for my usual iced coffee and donuts but when I ordered they said they didn't have the donuts so I ask for the munchkins instead which is fine I don't mind either one which they have. I pulled to the window expecting to pay like 5 bucks or so and they told me the munchkins were on the house. I told them thank you and that they didn't need to do that. They said no problem at all. :). Love the team and their customer service!
