The Home Depot

I come to this store 4 to 6 times a month and usually the staff in the self check out area is polite and if you ask them for help they will try to help you but on this occasion there was a lady named CHERYL with a great attitude , helping and being proactive with all clients. This is the type of person who makes your shopping experiences satisfactory no matter how minimal the help is. Thank you CHERYL for going Adobe and beyond.

I love coming to this location because it tends to be not so busy as the one in millenia. Using their website, I find whatever I need and see what aisle and bay it should be. Makes shopping so much easier than walking the whole store or having to ask an employee. This location as well seems to have better plants than the other one. I don't know if it's because they take better care of then or what it is but they always look better. My go to home improvement store.

Great for that fast in and out I need that to finish my project place or for something more. Everyone we come across has been nice, helpful and out going. One employee asks me every time I'm there how my projects going. I've gotten some great deals here and thanks to the employees some nice rebates.

Great store.... my only issue was I couldn't find the "Build your own Home" kits.... and I refuse to go to Ikea!!!

I went in to purchase a lawn mower, early on a Saturday, and was assisted by a very personable and friendly assistant. He was full of information regarding my purchase, and offered helpful suggestions.
The box i chose, when pulled from the shelf, actually had an expired sales tag on the back, and he took the time to walk me up to the checkout and verified the price i paid was the sale price.
The checkout assistant was very friendly and took care of the transaction easily and quickly. i have to say, it was probably the best trip i ever made to home depot. I dont give 5 stars very often, but this deserved it.

Amazing service! I regret not finding out their names, but the man in electric and the woman in refrigerators went way above and beyond to help me with a refrigerator plug situation.
They were there on 11/23 in the late evening. Please commend them for being so amazing and helpful ♡

You find many things for your home, business, gardening, building materials, etc.

Make sure you have a plan (e.g. a shopping list) before you go. Its so easy to get lost in time and just looking around.
This store was well staffed, had a very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
The shelves were well stocked.

First off,, I want to thank assistant manager Mike!!! My wife and I were having a very bad experience due to a mistaken phone call that canceled our special order,, but was quickly resolved as Mike, the manager who calmly and professionally handled our issue with a very satisfying outcome. Mike is the kind of leader that reminds me of how Home Depot use to take care of the customers and throughout the past (20) years kept me coming back. I must say that in recent years Home Depots customer service has declined substantially in many stores and though it may be due to dishonest customers taking advantage of such a great system Home Depot had in place to take care of honest customers I don't feel we should be treated poorly. Use to be "take care of the customer" was Home depots main goal and this is exactly what Mike did while restoring my trust and patronage to the Home Depot. To whom ever it may concern Mike is truly an asset to Home Depot and us customers. Hope more managers will follow Mike's lead. I will continue shopping Home Depot for my complete home remodel project. Big Thank You!!!!

Found what I was looking for. Cheaper than Walmart.

So I often say that time is money and or I hear it often! Well…. Today I‘ve decided that $50 is Also money!

At Home Depot returning a Dirt Tiller machine… the cleaning fee was more than the Rental fee 😅

So when if I was all dress up nicely for work, I put my self on my knee and took only about 6 minutes to clean this ugly yet agressive looking machine 😂

6 minutes to save $50, not bad right 😝🤪

They nicely let me clean the rental machine inside their store and even gaved me a pair of construction glove to clean it! 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience in my book 😀 thanks everyone at Home Depot Southland

And YES ….. Soto S Phillip had the crazy idea to redo our entire front landscaping, what a PROJECT! It will look amazing tho on a positive note ☘🍃🌱🌿
