The staff are great and ms.pat is awesome love going in there great store

Almost all of the employees know me and my family and know exactly what I buy almost every time I go, very friendly staff

Poor customer service and policies that aren't conducive of a customer oriented business. The cha- ching keeps coming regardless. Pilot has gotten to big. We need a Weigels on Sutherland Avenue.

Bad customer service. Curtis that works here was extremely rude last night. He did not want to answer my questions he ignored me as he range me up. He cringed at me as if he was uncomfortable and did not like me. This was my first and last time coming to this pilot.
Simply for feeling like I am unworthy there.

This pilot right here I do not like they are not friendly and pleasant. I went to the store in the evening this older white lady at register was rude. She don't need to be working at the register with her attitude. I love the first shift pilot at the corner of University and western avenue.

My auntie wanted a refund and the cashier literally argued with her. She dared not to give her the refund. I was surprised about her customer service. She did not feel welcome trying to receive a refund.

People at this store aren't pleasant. I usually like pilot until I visited this one.

One of the managers are extremely rude.
