I came in to ask for help because my phone service wasn't working after I had paid my bill. Jarod was able to have the problem resolved within 20 minutes or less. He's the only in store associate for Verizon who has ever resolved an issue for me.

I went to Russell Cellular today to purchase new phones for my family and had spoken with Jarrod about my purchase prior to my arrival and I was very pleased with my entire customer service from beginning to end! This is the second time dealing with this store and would recommend it to anyone!

Needed a sim card. I know Verizon store they are free but its worth 6$ not to have to go out of town and fight the crowd. Jarod was very helpful got me set up and on my way. Thanks
