This location is super accessible of you are in the Bartlett, Cordova area. The very friendly staff did a great job helping me with my purchase. Also, the online inventory matched what was in the store. I hate wasted trips to buy something you see online only to find out that it is not in stock. Good job keeping your store clean and we'll stocked OD employees.

They have been always good about getting my order correctly and in a timely matter. I usually order something online and pick it up the next day so I’m not too worried about having to have my items right away. Good amount of stuff in stock in their stores. There’s only been a few times where they wouldn’t have it in store.

Best selection available even though the item I wanted was out of stock.

Moneek in the print department was so lovely. I was struggling g to get my brain to work and she was patient and helped me put my order together correctly.

I was treated really well by all the employees I encountered all the way up to the manager. While waiting In line I saw them deal with a few bothered customers (online purchases issues). The grace and patience they showed was astounding, let alone the kindness they spoke with (even while getting treated poorly) speaks volumes about their character.
It seemed as though the store was short-staffed (Covid related), yet it didn’t change the attitude of any employees. Blown away, keep up the great work!

I’ve read so many bad reviews about this particular Office Depot that I thought I would share my experience in November 2017. I was returning an office chair that was too small. I called them first to see if they wanted the empty box the chair came in. They did. Carried the box in and explained that I was returning a chair that had been in the box. The lady was very friendly and said she would go out to my car and get the chair. She brought it in and had a young man working the checkout process the credit. Both employees were very courteous and helpful. As a happy customer, I will continue to shop there in the future❗
