AT&T Store

Hi there!!! I want to say that today I went into the College store and was amazed how knowledgeable, patient, and helpful your employees were. I was helped by Casey and Ryder. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate them. I will always stay with AT&T because of the dedication of these two awesome guys!

Casey was awesome in every way. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous, and helped us both upgrade to IPHONE 15 Plus quickly and easily, while multitasking and serving a couple other customers at the same time. This store is much better now that it is under new management. It used to be that going into the store with one customer in front of you was a major wait! It is much better now!

Even with the challenges on the computer to process our new phones and plans, the team (Josh, Niik, and Nathan) worked with various departments to resolve these issues. The manager who works here, Marc was a younger but extremely experienced worker. I usually dread coming down to AT&T and was thinking about canceling. I am pleased to say that I am not going ANYWHERE because of people like Marc. Thank you.

Josh was so friendly and amazing! We thought that my mom wouldn’t be able to update her payment information because she didn’t know the pin to her account. Luckily, Josh found a solution and was able to update everything. Thank you so much, you saved the day!

Workers here are attentive and patient w customers. Even on a busy day like today they treat each customer w care, honesty, and professionalism. Grateful that ATT staff like this works at my neighborhood store. Reminds me why I’ve been a loyal customer for 20 years. 🤩

I don't have AT&T because it's expensive for me, but Tre the manager still helped me with my phone issues. I want to say thank you for having a gentleman that goes out of his way to help others even if it doesn't benefit him. We need more people like him in the world thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I don’t always leave reviews, but Zee went above and beyond to help my mom and I. I had been trying to unlock my mom’s phone with no luck. Zee explained that none of the stores have the ability to unlock the phone and provided the phone number to call and his card in case we run into any issues. We came back a few minutes later because customer support messed up my mom’s phone and couldn’t be used anymore. Zee quickly assisted with an eSim to get my mom up and running again. I appreciate his help and would gladly recommend him to anyone with AT&T.

Nathan, Josh, and Niik were amazing! They were so helpful and very personable! They make you feel like family 😊 We would recommend them and the store without hesitation!

I looked up close AT&T store near me I looked at the reviews, and saw how the manager was highly recommended for fixing issues. I had to give it a shot and wow he was very knowledgeable and very funny 10 out of 10! for service and personality. Thank you for helping me and having this gentlemen here at this location.

I highly recommend this store all because of Zee! He is knowledgeable, patient and kind. He knows how to manage a crowd in a professional way as other reviewers have mentioned. He is proactive and ensures that your phone is setup properly and gives you all the facts before and after purchase; don’t buy from Walmart or other vendors as they are only selling you a phone- back end gets messy. Purchase directly through AT&T! Zee deserves 10+++ stars for his superb customer service!

My wife and I were having difficulties going through the web site and calling in to get help. We tried this for over an hour. We decided to go to the nearest AT&T store. Zee Pierson spent approximately 30-45 min with us. He was finally able to solve our problem with help over the phone. What a great guy. He was very tenacious and Customer oriented.

I cannot praise Zee and Najma enough for how amazing they were. We had quite a complicated and unusual circumstance (nothing at the fault of AT&T) and Najma and Zee spent HOURS helping us. They were so patient, friendly, helpful, compassionate, knowledgeable, professional and did everything they could think of to help our situation. All while they knew I was leaving AT&T to go to a less expensive provider for now. Over the long course of time I was in the store on two separate days, I saw them both be just as helpful, kind, and professional to everyone else who came into the store. I would recommend AT&T and especially this location at College/Horizon because of Najma and Zee!

My husband and i got into newphones. We are not tech savy at all! The way they took there time with us and patience was amazing. I would recommend coming here to get great service done. Thank you for having people here that I can feel at home and trust i feel comfortable with them.

Zee was the staff representative at the store that helped my wife and I in getting a new iPhone. In fact, Zee was the only staff member working the store when we got there and there were 2 other people ahead of us. He was very patient with everyone, which was very comforting to see, prior to helping us. After he helped them, he helped us in the most respectful and professional way possible. He answered every question we had and even came up with solutions to our situation. He made our visit, at this location, the most relieving experience we ever had getting a new phone. I just want to thank Zee again for his professionalism and patience with our situation and questions. I would give Zee 6 stars if there was a way. I highly recommend seeing Zee if you need any help with AT&T. He is AWESOME! Thank you Zee!
