AT&T Store

My wife and I visited the AT&T store in Medina, OH to upgrade our phones. . The CS rep who helped was Devon. Devon really understood our needs. His knowledge of the plans and equipment was very helpful. I was very impressed with how efficient he was in setting everything up. My wife and I couldn't have been happier. In fact you could tell from the employee interactions that AT&T has a very strong team in that location. My wife and I will ask for Devon by name the next time we visit the store. Thank you Devon. He was very nice-He explained all the changes from old phone to my new phone and the difference in the upgrade options-I was very happy with my experience. I will definitely make sure to go back if I have any issues. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Went into the store not too long ago and the Assistant Manager, Frank was fantastic! Very knowledgeable about all of the products and was able to help me upgrade me and my husband's devices. He made it so easy and was able to help us get a great deal on the upgrades. 10/10 would recommend!!

Very pleased with the professionalism Mike displayed. He knows the product and that helped me undetstand the details of the sale. Understanding my activation fee he suggested calling customer service. While customer was acceptable Mike was outstanding! His professionalism and class convinced me to stay with AT&T!

I had the pleasure of visiting this store twice in two days and Mike was very helpful. We went in to upgrade my boyfriends phone and I decided while I was there to upgrade my own phone. Mike was very patient with all of my questions and knowledgeable about the products.
Since I was there so close to closing time, I offered to come back the next day so Mike could help me transfer my old phone to my new phone. When I went back the next day, Mike was there to help. He apologized many times for the amount of time it was taking although that was not his fault.
I also purchased an iPad while I was there (I had been thinking about it for a while) and Mike helped me with that too. Both days, Mike’s co-workers were friendly even though they were not directly helping me.

If I could leave 6 stars, I would. I was having some problems with my phone and Mike was able to help me. He was extremely friendly and professional, and solved my problem when other reps at another location couldn’t. He knew what he was doing and let me know I can come back in any time if I ever have any further issues. I struggle a lot to figure things out on my smart phone so this was a relief for me. I will definitely be coming back to this location if I ever need any assistance again.

Mike and Devon were able to help me out with everything I needed. Very friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend coming into the store with any of your mobile needs. Mike was able to help me organize my current phone plan and also help me upgrade my plan to better fit my needs.

Mike was extremely helpful and friendly. He was reassuring to my disabled daughter when she started being anxious about her device not working. He was so knowledgeable about are service needs. If we have problems again we’ll be looking for him. Thank you so much Mike!!!

Gwen S. was amazing! I went in on 11/19/23 to switch from MetroPcs to AT&T, as well as change from my Android to a new iPhone. Gwen was very patient, customer service oriented and knowledgeable. She offered to assist with activating my phone when it arrived. I returned on 11/26/23 to activate my phone and again she was amazing! As I was on the phone with MetroPcs, struggling to understand their instructions, she graciously offered to speak with them. In less than 30 seconds, the activation process began! Gwen completed the set up process for me and took time to show me various options. It is rare to have an employee like Gwen S. who was so customer focused, patient and knowledgeable! Rob at AT&T in Medina was so great with my less than patient husband and toddler. I appreciated his professionalism and patience when I went in to get a new phone plan.

Zac, Mike and the team are fantastic! We brought over a large group after 20+ years at a competitor and they answered EVERY question and concern we had. Their knowledge and professionalism was appreciated.

Reps in the store are so friendly, know how to interact with the customer and have gone above and beyond for multiple out of the norm requests I have had! Prefer this store over the one in my own city!

Came in to the store to switch out my iPhones. Gwen was nice, amazing and extremely helpful. The process was really easy and they got everything transferred. I would recommend people to come to this store if they are looking for an upgrade!

Mike at the Medina store went above and beyond to help activate my daughters phone after speaking with about 8 different AT&T customer service employees on the phone…great employee who cares about customers!

I was looking for a better service provider and ended up going with AT&T because they seem to have the best coverage where I live but I went to this store in Medina, even though it isn’t the closest to me because the service team has been so great. Brad did a great job understanding my plan needs, Noah, made sure I got all the discounts I was eligible for and James went above and James went above and beyond to help me resolve a few questions I had. I’ll definitely be back here for the next time the family is ready for an upgrade.

We were visiting our daughter's in-laws for the holiday from Las Vegas. Nevada and went to the store to get our daughter an upgrade on her phone. James was very friendly, professional and he went above and beyond to make us comfortable. He took his time helping us and answering all our questions. It is definitely worth the drive to come to see James at this location. We will definitely be back. Thank you James.
