My friend and I were in town on January 14th for a stay at the Country Inn in Berkeley Springs. We stopped by to pick up coffee at the local coffee shop on Saturday morning. We were looking for something fun to do and we happened upon the Marley Max candle and gift shop.

We had a lovely chat with the owner of the store and coincidentally we were there at the same time the owner was interviewing a lady with an expertise in tarot readings.

We were lucky enough to meet with the lady and had a very intriguing conversation about tarot cards. It is my understanding that the tarot readings will be a part of the store offerings in the near future.

We were also able to sign up for a candle making class on Saturday evening which was enjoyable, informative and fun.

I made a creamsicle candle in a lovely shade of lavender. I gave the candle to my Mom as a gift and she told me how nice the fragrance is.

I highly recommend if you are in Berkeley Springs to stop by the store and see what all they have to offer.

It certainly was one of my favorite parts of the visit to this lovely town.

I absolutely love this store. It has so many little trinkets and such. The melts and candles are great. Their made of soy and they’re made right there in the store. The owner is such a nice guy he’s very knowledgeable about his products and answers any question that I ask. The ladies he has working there are sweethearts as well! I use to purchase the big brand candles (yankee and Bath and body works) but once I used this stores candles I won’t go back. The scents last until the very end and makes my house smell amazing. I recommend this store for you smelly good needs.

Ordered my wax melts Sunday, got notification they got shipped Monday and got them today!!
They were well packaged, and all the wax melts I ordered smell amazing !!
Will definitely be ordering more in the future!!

Stopped in today, cute little store. Happy to be able to purchase wax melts and scented candles locally. Added bonus, handmade. Love that!
