Unsatisfied Customer!

November 28, 2021 at approximately 11:11 am. The staff working the hot food line was very busy. I understand that because I’ve worked in the fast food industry as well and also cooked for the military in Germany.
My experience at your establishment was by far one of the worst thus far while traveling. After standing in line ( first in line) waiting to place my order, one of the ladies that was serving food went to the third person in line behind me and a Hispanic man and took that ladies order.
Of course when I said something I was verbally attacked by that young lady and the cook. Instead of apologise for her mistake they ranted about me not being patient.
I have to say, while standing in line I was able to observe so many things wrong with the way the food is handled, to the uncleanliness of the workstations, the sharing of utensils ( cross contamination) from one food items to the next and the lack of people skills to list a few. When traveling as we were this morning we always stop there to gas up and get out Favourite Louisiana Meat pies, but after my experience with your staff and all the discrepancies in the running of your hot food line, this is definitely my last
