Walmart Neighborhood Market

(Everything mentioned happened this morning!!! 12•1•23)
I had went to this location to purchase a few items. As I was in the check out line paying for my items in the midst of me getting cash back; I had seen that one of the items I had picked up had been opened by someone. I alerted an Walmart employee and learned that she was in fact the manager, Ms.Mayra. She stated that it was okay for me to go get another one of the damaged items. Feeling as if I was holding up the line; I ran. I came back to the register and realized I didn’t grab my cash back for the machine before I left it. I brought to the manager that I had forgotten to grab my cash back which she appointed me to an assistant manager Milca to help with looking at the camera footage. We all seen that it was the customer waiting in line behind me that had stolen my money when I left the register prior. Because the customer had taken my money; Mayra decided that she would reimburse me the $60. I just wanted to thank both Mayra and Milca for their help and great customer service with helping me today!!!

Nice staff very helpful the Manager is very pleasant. One day I forgot my vegetables and am disabled I was too tired to walk back that day. She saved my vegetables for the next day and when I finally got there the next evening didn't ask for my receipt she remembered me from the phone call and even offered to let me get fresher vegetables. I'm so happy to have this neighborhood Walmart.

Catherine at the customer service desk was amazing she saw me in line with a couple of items and flagged me over to tell me that she would take care of me when she was already assisting another. Took of us both with precision and met our expectations very good at multitasking she was very nice and very helpful. This is exactly what every location like this needs someone who is helpful who pays attention and who takes care of the customer without the customer having ask. Excellent job I hope to see more like this thank you very much to you Catherine.

Very nicely arranged, open areas and well-sorted merch. I had a bit of difficulty finding precisely what I wanted due. However, the check-out experience person was also really nice and accommodating. Overall, would recommend.

Pharmacy and store staff is the very very best everrrr

I went to my Neighborhood Wal-Mart and met the most Customer Service oriented, most pleasant, humble, smiling, kind and most adhered to, person in a long time at the Customer Service Desk. His name is (Charles Adewus) and he was fantastic. People like him mulipled by thousands like him is why Wal-Mart will always be successful... Thank You Charles. I will see you again. It's a ok place to shop if they are not out of what you need

This was the only store major store open during Winter Storm Uri which caused massive power and water outages across Houston. They were still well stocked and we were able to grab a few things like milk, bread, and cases of water. The staff worked from open to close to ensure that they could help their community. I was so grateful!

Walmart neighborhood stores get there early and get the good stuff don't forget the stuff in the refrigerator day and the back and on the right make either a mental list or running your email for your grocery list to access when you're inside the store free WiFi you can check everything off and do self checkout yourself or wait in line if there happens to be one you can avoid the place at Peak periods and go early and late at night best time to shop specially when the weather is bad when it's raining or cold nobody goes in there unless it's me

I love the customer service and I'm a hard one to please. During renovation the store had extra staff available to take you to an item you were looking for. The people are nice, there may be one lady who isn't really friendly but she works in the office and does not walk the store often.

On Friday in the morning I went to my favorite Wal-Mart. I'm super impressed & happy with the customer service at this Walmart,I drive 20 minutes to come to this Wal-Mart. Young lady Yesenia is always super polite great customer service.

Small neighborhood store but has most of the essentials for what you need to cook a fabulous meal, all the tools you need for the kitchen. And the best thing about this place is the Asian food aisle which has an amazing selection. I dont have have to go to an Asian specific big mart.

This store was horrible, first of all at 730pm thier was 1 cashier, and thier was lines wrap around the isles, but the worse thing is ,I bought 3 trays of eggs went I get home ,to put them away, the use before day was 27th January and Febuary 5th and 24th ,1 tray of eggs was expired almost 2 months , they must of have the expired egg in the back ,because they was such a demand for food this week, they decided to just put out the expired to sell, thats is so irresponsible, and dishonest of this store.

I gave a 1 star but I needed to update this review and give a 5 star , as I return these eggs to the store today ,I drive 45 min as I dont live on this side of town , I wanted to talk to the manager Quincy,so he knows what's going on tbe the store ,he was totally, grateful that I told him, he handle the situation better than I expected, so I need to say ,great service Quincy , appreciate and will continue been a walmart customer ,need managers like you around .

It's smaller than the big Wal-Mart and really easy to get in and out. Parking lot is small and easy to get in and out. Checkers are friendly and fast. Shelves are always stocked.

Very clean and the associates were friendly. I was able to find exactly what I needed and check out all under 10 minutes. They also had the cheapest gas prices in the area.

I love visiting this Wal-Mart, because it's on my way home, I can always get in and out in a jiffy. Often I don't like to leave work to go and work again, but I do use the self check out (which feels like another job) and I never have any issues.

They have a better selection than the bigger Walmarts , and a lot less folks 👌🏾😎 in and out 😏

Very good clean and friendly when I walked in there they said hello how are you I like that and I was walking into different areas and another cup another employee told me the same thing that was very nice
