I had one of my best experiences in a home improvement store here! As someone who is painting their first house and unsure of the process, I received incredible help from Emily in the paint section. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind, making the whole process much easier for me. Unlike other stores where I've felt dismissed, Emily genuinely listened to my ideas and helped me find exactly what I needed. Highly recommend! 10/10

I'm always at a home improvement store for something. Out of all my Lowe's and Home Depot experiences, I had the best experience by far at this location. Heidi made all the difference, she has exceptional customer service. She helped us navigate our dishwasher purchase. She was also the first employee to inform us about the rewards program, which is great if you're always working on your home or breaking things.

My friend and I came in the night of 6/24/2024. It was about an hour before closing, and we lucked out! A very sweet & helpful associate, Diana, assisted us right as we entered the store on getting paint matched and made. We had lots of questions and she happily answered or found out what the answer was.

I been coming to this location for the past 10 years I’ve gotten great service. But today’s experience has to be the best one ever. Malbert in painting was the most helpful and kindness person in this location. Since the moment I came around the painting section he greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed help. He explained to me few differences between paints and quality. His customer service was phenomenal. He genuinely loves his job. I definitely will come to him for all my painting jobs

I ended up buying. I ended up buying some shovels here they were on sale $24 each all metal shovels kobalt brand.... I was looking at some LG upright refrigerator... But I think I'm going to go check out Home Depot see if they got anything different... But they definitely have a lot of selection on fridges in this location... If I don't find something else somewhere else I will be back

They have good selection of washing and drying machines... Well stocked!

I go to the Lowe's. I was in sugar Land sometimes but most times I go to the Royal oaks location. Everything they have I know right where to go and it's the same with home Depot. You can go from one home Depot to another home Depot and the store is all laid out different and I'm familiar with where everything's is at in the Royal Oaks location and they usually have just what I need. I appreciate the Lowe's employees and their helpful service at the Lowe's at Royal oaks.

Just ordered a toilet online, it was ready within a couple of hours. Eduardo put it in my car for me curbside. He was polite and helpful and fast!

Bring mother nature back in to your home and patio, plants are a great source of clean oxygen they purify the air and kill bacterias. Lowe's have what you need and more ... Stop by if you find me don't be shy and say HI 😁

While shopping we had three different associates ask if they could help us find anything. Very refreshing experience.

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Dominique who asked how I was doing and if she could help me find what I needed. When I told her she said, “aisles 13, 18 and 39”. She was spot on. While looking for one of the items in aisle 18 Mike came along and asked if I needed help.
Service with a smile and very knowledgeable employees. Store was well organized and clean. This is a very nice Lowe’s. I’ll be back. Count on it!

I was impressed and pleased to have a knowledgeable young man help me in the light bulb section. Managed to get appropriate types needed for my specific use.

My visit today at Lowe's Home Improvement was to replace a worn out Craftsman 3/8 inch ratchet that I have owned since before 1975. Someone might think there's no way that Lowe's will exchange this tool that is so old and wasn't purchased at this company. However my experience was proven to be quick and easy and I was given a shiny new tool by helpful employees to replace my beloved, extremely used ratchet that has saved me so much money over the years. Thank you Lowe's for making this process easy and thank you Craftsman for making such a good tool with such an excellent warranty. If you need good tools for work or personal use, I can certainly recommend Lowe's Home improvement.

I came to this location on Thursday , and needed assistance with finding the right size toilet seat for a toilet. He went over and above to check the measurements of various ones, and when he found the right size, he double checked to make sure I was leaving with the right one. Mr.Paublo provided me with excellent customer service, and I really appreciate that. He gets 5 stars in my book.

I bought a gas grill. It arrived damaged. I'm still trying to get some resolution a week later. Customer service is not their strong suite.
UPDATE: They more than made up for it. Thank you Lowes!

We love l Iowes this is the only store that we shop for last 10 years since buy house. at this is our favorite home improv store we went to Home Depot one time and we felt like we was cheating on lowes those so we went back to Lowe's great staff love the Garden area. We buy BBQ pit at lowes. My son love come to cook on it

Last night, I went in to Lowe's looking for bug spray. I was going down the main aisle not realizing I was going in the wrong direction as these stores are enormous and sometimes everything isn't listed on the overhead signs. A Lowe's associate called out to me for far away asking if I needed help and he came running towards me. He asked what I was looking for. He walked with me to the correct area. I made my purchase and when I reached my car, I thought "this man is the epitome of GREAT customer service." I walked back into the store to find him to thank him, shake his hand and to tell him I really appreciated the fact he went ABOVE AND BEYOND. What was probably a small thing to others really meant a lot to me because most times in the large stores, the employees are toiling away with their responsibilities and forget about the customers. His name is Steven (Electrical and Plumbing). I certainly hope this gentleman is rewarded for a job well done!

Honestly, the only reason I'm completing this review is to give all the kudos and compliments in the world to Keela, in the paint dept. She was the only one working in the department at the time, but she made sure to acknowledge every customer that approached the counter when she saw them, periodically checking in, and thanking us for our patience. The level of customer service that I observed and thoroughness that she provided to each customer when it was their turn was admirable and impressive!!! She deserves all of the accolades and financial incentives/rewards that can be given to her, because you don't encounter employees like her everyday. Especially nowadays! And as a bonus she is extremely knowledgeable about paint and thorough in the assistance that she provides!

Home Depot had always been our go to hardware store since it’s closer to us. After being disappointed way too many times, we now make the trip to Lowe’s. Every single time we have been to this location we have been assisted. Today was no different. We came in for blinds and without having to ask, one of the associates called someone to come help us. Mirsad, was patient, courteous, and needless to say, helpful. Thank you Mirsad for going out of your way to help us.
