OMG! Greatest place ever came to Kalamazoo! Very reasonable prices, wonderful customer service! Everything is available and they order stuff even if they don’t carry just for their customers. Highly recommended!!!

Right between the Dunkin and jimmy johns went to get Dunkin and saw the smoke shop. Been looking for these specific flavors for awhile now this shop was very convenient and prices for everything else we got was a great deal compared to some other shops around town. If you want great service and a wide variety of cigarrillos packs this is the place 10/10 would recommend

This is my favorite smoke shop in Kalamazoo area. Layan is a true professional and it doesn’t hurt at all that she has a terrific smile. She takes a lot of pride in her career and smoke shop. Whether you are wanting Cigars, Pipes, Vapes, Glass, or smoking accessories this place is must see! I believe Layan has the best products and vibes in Oshtemo-Kalamazoo Michigan. Great vape shop!! We have been going here since they opened. A couple of weeks ago, I was 2 dollars short for a vape. I started to turn around, telling her I'd see her tomorrow. The owner gave me the vape and said, "Bring me the 2$ later, you're my customer."
You just don't see this anymore in customer service. And when I went back the next afternoon She said she didn't expect me until the next time I needed a vape. Wow

Had a fantastic experience. Just went to grab a vape but love how many options they had. I ended up getting some king palm cones as well. The very kind young lady that i messed up on getting her name showed me a few flavors ive never seen. All in all i cant wait till my next experience

Love this place and haven't even bought anything yet. First time in and the store is so well organized, the staff is amazing, friendly and energetic. The lady helped us with our questions we had and did not disappoint with her answers, will be coming here from now on😁
