One of the best Dunkin Donuts in Kalamazoo!! Adilsha is a true business man and an even better person! Appreciate your help downloading the app for my Free Donut Wednesday! Bhageerath was amazing as well. Both were patient and kind. These Donuts were fresh and delicious!

My avocado toast with bacon was one of the best I’ve ever had! Kudos to the staff member that prepared it!

We were hesitant to try this location after some of the negative reviews, but we had a great experience. We ordered through the drive through, and it was very quick. Our sandwich was hot, and everything was as we ordered.

The customer service here is unbelievable. The young ladies who served me were nothing but kind, patient and helpful. They had excellent recommendations and when asked, made me an excellent drink she orders herself. My first time at a Dunkin and it was an excellent one. Excellent prices too. Try the Chai latte, french vanilla swirl.

Very small. The drink was good though. We don't have Dunkin where I live

We got in there. And right out. Thy we nice.

I get coffee and breakfast there 3 times a week. There coffee is smooth and not bitter.

Convenient location to the expressway. Very friendly staff. The only place I know of that serves decaf iced coffee. They offer a pretty decent selection of breakfast sandwiches too. That are definitely average.

The WAY I WAS TREATED WAS NOT OKAY The manager is a complete control freak with no sense of customer service or consumerism or no SENSE AT ALL

went to order 2 separate drinks BECAUSE I LIKE MY DRINKS WITH 4 SHOTS OF ESPRESSO BIGBY DOES IT STARBUCKS EVEN DUNKIN DID IT FOR ME ONCE THIS LADY THE MANAGER IS LIKE I WILL NOT SELL YOU 4 SHOTS IN MY STORE EVEN IF I BOUGHT 2 DRINKS DOES SHE NOT UNDERSTAND CAPITALISM

The service here was quick, the workers were friendly, they had free wifi, and their outlets had USB ports. Great place to stop in for breakfast and get a little work done. Conveniently located off the highway as well.

Very pleasant individual, greeted us with smile & provided excellent service in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this place to anyone & especially if you're traveling. The front door is a little hard to open.

I went here as a little bathroom brake and it was super clean but we felt bad for not buying anything so we bought some donut holes and the guy that was working was super friendly and he even gave us some extra donuts holes that were extra so he filled it up to the top with donuts holes of our choice it was awesome

9th Street Dunkin Donuts is the best I go there every day the staff is wonderful the manager is great shout out to Miss Sarah thanks thank you all for putting customer service first thank you

Decent deals with the app! And if you take 2 minutes to fill out the survey on the receipt, never pay for a donut again!
