I could not be more pleased with my experience here! I had a difficult task that needed to be handled. The manager and Lesa went ABOVE and beyond to make this a positive experience. They really went the extra mile and created such a wonderful experience. Thank you to them for caring and making my problem their own! The customer service here is absolutely outstanding and I highly recommend this location!

We have never had a problem at this UPS store! Couldn't ask for better service and clerks are knowledgeable and friendly! If there is an issue the way I packaged an item they fix it for safety to its destination! Store is ALWAYS clean and packaging items for sale

I had no idea UPS Stores were privately owned, because I questioned the price when I thought, wait that really cheap. Little did I know these stores set their prices individually and I was shocked when what normally would've cost me 20 plus dollars, this store charged me $9 dollars, I was thrilled. I met Karin the Store Manager, she was so nice, and I thanked her for the awesome deal and great customer service. I won't avoid this UPS Store, this location is the best in the four county area. Stop in and see Karin, you'll love your experience and the cost savings too.
