The UPS Store

Not only was this location open on Sunday but the woman working there looked like she thoroughly had a handle on being the only one there and the store was packed. She had a 6 person line but multi tasked well and had a wonderful attitude. She moved fast and helped us out with returning our Amazon. We will definitely be returning to this location.

I visited today and there was a single employee working BOTH registers simultaneously, serving customers quickly and courteously. Come to find out she was the store manager, LaToya, and her kind personality and work ethic were inspiring. Although there was a long line, she was cheerful and so efficient that everyone in the store left happier than when they came in. UPS upper management should acknowledge LaToya for a job well done!!

This place had great service.The manager of the store was very helpful and very kind and even took time to go beyond the Call of Duty and help to tape up my Box.I would definitely use this store if you are looking for place to ship your packages. The store was clean and I was grid with a friendly smile.

I have had many different items printed out of this store. Very knowledgeable about print and even created some items that I needed designed. Reasonable pricing and very knowledgeable make this a very useful print partner.

The folks here are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure the customer has a good experience.

Love the store. Everyone is nice and I see the same people every time I come in and they are always polite. They do charge a $1 for taping but it goes to toys for tots, so I am happy to donate. If I am shipping with them I have never been charged though. I like that I never wait over 5 minutes to be waited on.

I just appreciate that the location is open and helpful during these times. Thank you to the employees for working and helping me. I was in there early and could not believe how rude someone was over pricing and yelled at the counter girl who was just doing her job. The girl working was nice, polite and did not even say anything when the lady cussed her. Excellent customer service if you ask me. Thank you again to the employees for working.

I was in the store last week and expected to be charge for dropping off my 3 boxes, I was returning to amazon. The girl did not charge me to tape or stick labels on the boxes. I asked about shipping rates and was given an estimate that turned out to be close to what it cost me to ship a box to my cousin. I loved that she was friendly, smiling and helped me. When I tried to ship 2 days, she told me ground would get it there the same day for less cost. I appreciated it, because she didn't try to over charge me. I was told a new owner took over the store. I will probably do business here again because there wasn't a line unlike the post office I always spend 10 minutes in line at for stamps.

I just had one of the best experiences at UPS, you don’t usually have a lot of those. If I do say so myself. The gentleman in front of me was having his rubber band ball weighed. Everyone was so interested, you could just tell they were genuinely invested in their customers. Today was a day made at UPS. I hadn’t planned on this and I will never forget it. Such a great staff!

South Knoxville TN store is Awesome. Ship many personal pkgs there and they are always fast and courteous.

I came in on Saturday and the girl was friendly, and I was in and out without any trouble. I figured it would take longer and the service would be awful based on some reviews; however, I had a pleasant experience and will do business here again. Good customer service.

I have been in this store 3 times now and had friendly and efficient service every time. I don't know if it is the same manager now as it was in the other reviews but the man I dealt with and his staff were great! I have used this store to send a package, send a fax and buy stamps. Never a problem!

The lady (forgot her name) helped me out including packing and taping a used and damaged box. She did this while handling other customers with a smile on her face. I received good, friendly, service which is hard to come by in South Knoxville these days.

I come in about every two weeks and have never have had bad service at this location. The staff is friendly and helpful. I very rarely have to wait long to receive service. I have even come by right after close on Saturdays and still been given service even though they were closed. I appreciate the help they give me and the great service.

I always receive good service. Terri is helpful. I do not understand the bad reviews. If I need something I expect to pay for the service. The rates are fair and I don't expect stuff free. So I am happy to do business here it is easy, quick and convenient.

I was very happy with the service, I had over 100 pages to copy .Their rates for over 100 pages were dropped considerably. Then as what I looked at as a surprise bonus , the friendly staff did the copying for me.
It was all a good experience for me. Thank You
