Had to contact them a few times to confirm a product was in stock that was back ordered many other places, staff were fantastic. Was able to ship to my house and shipped out within an hour of my order being placed. I will definitely shop this store again.

I ordered a Spektrum NX-7 during the holidays not knowing it had gone out of stock and not updated online. After contacting the team there I spoke to Bob who was not only able to get mine from horizon within a couple days, he also sent it two day mail to me in New York just because of the initial holdup. Bob and I spoke for a few minutes, some of the friendliest staff around. Any online purchases I’ll be doing through them from now on!

This place is great! The staff really makes Hobby- sports what it is today. They all know everything about the items they sell. Any question you have will find an answer with Steve or Tad for sure. If it is not on the shelf, it will be in a couple days. I Highly recommend Hobby- sports. I will always do my business here.

Great R/C shop! Great selection of trucks and planes. The staff is very friendly and helpful! If you are interested in anything RC, you have to check it out.

Absolutely love this place!! Prices are extremely fair and an amazing staff. I was in the market to add another RC to the collection but had no idea what I was wanting and the staff walked me through a ton of options landing on an Air 2S as well as some new batteries, charger, TX, and some other goodies!! 10/10 highly recommend!!

Hobby Sports is the best. The manager, Stephen, is the man to see. Stephen knows everything about all facets of the R/C hobby. Hobby Sports is the best for all R/C needs. Hobby Sports also carries many Hobby related products, from trains, slotcars, and many kids toys.

If you are a RC enthusiast's airplane car whatever this is where you wanna be well trained staff great prices willing to help with anything Hands on.If you into Traxxas Rc well this is where you want to be.
For the cars the trucks the boats parts up grade batteries.
Hands on knowledge, friendly helpful you can't get that on line.

I wanted a UMX RC plane and nobody else near me had one. Hobby-Sports had several to choose from. Their prices were same as online shops. I highly recommend them

Customer service is what it’s all about with these guys.
Sure, one can sometimes find the same item(s) at a better price online but a couple bucks doesn’t make up for what you loose.
I’ve spoken to Rex (owner) a few times about modeling/rocketry/aircraft/RC/drones/cameras and he’s just a wealth of information. Sometimes they will even have older stuff in storage that y’all can have at a GREAT price.
If you are interested in hobbies and community, there’s no better hobby-shop in all of Kalamazoo County :@)

I have been coming here for over a year and I always recommend them. They have every kind of car, truck, crawler, planes and boats you could want. Their staff is incresibly knowledgeable and helpful. I have worked with Tad a lot and he is a wealth of information.

Picked up an SCX24 Bronco a few months ago and have purchased multiple upgrades from this store since and I have not had a single issue with any of my purchases! I'm actually planning on swinging by today to check out their Lego and model armor selection for an addition to my ever-growing collection.

I Recently discovered this hobby shop while searching online for some rc parts I needed that have been on back order for at least 1 month. They had everything I needed and they were priced right. Excellent Customer service and very knowledgeable. I contacted Hobby Sports for a 2nd time today because of how i was treated the first time. I'm sorry i can't recall the name of the person i spoke with. Today I spoke with Tad and it was another Great experience, he treated me very well and they have a great selection to chose from. I highly recommend checking this business out and if you are local to the area I'm told they have a great outdoor track. I certainly will be checking that out next spring. I really appreciate that they are supporting 'toys for tots' this holiday season, buy a toy to donate and get 50% off. How cool is that? They are giving back to the community they do business in. That's fantastic!!

I cannot say enough good stuff about the customer service I receive every time we go in the store! My son has an RC car, and his parents have no idea how to help him when it breaks down, lol. I mentioned this place to my husband and son (because I grew up with one of the original owners), and soon after we all headed over there to check the place out. My husband bought himself a 4x4 RC truck (something he said he's always wanted) and my son got a big Lego set. The staff was really knowledgeable and told them about caring for the batteries and whatnot. My guys are having lots of fun with their new toys. My son actually stayed up until 4am that night assembling his Lego truck.
