Every single time me and my family go to Target we are always greeted as we enter the store. If we need any assistance they come in a timely manner, they’re helpful and always curious. Everything we purchase is of good quality and the cost is fairly reasonable. We will continue to return to the store whenever we are near one.

Picked up some good deals on baby outfits today. One was out of stock at the store after I placed my order, but they offered free delivery if I wanted to get it to me within 2 days. Pretty great customer service!

Met a young store clerk in the women’s undergarments dept. today. I was shopping for my wife with dementia. The young lady that helped me was wonderful. Kind and very understanding. Made what I thought was uncomfortable into a great experience. Thank you.

Shop online, pickup at curbside is very convenient. My order was accurately completed and ready for pickup ahead of the 2-hour window. I will definitely use this service again.

I like shopping their online store. Great selection of items, and they always seem to have a sale of some sort. Plus, I get 5% off when I use my Target card.

Great sale on Christmas trees. Store really clean and I could easily find items in the store.

I had a great experience shopping at this Target a month ago. I was shopping for my son’s birthday otherwise I would have used DriveUp. The cashier (I’m not great at remembering names but I remember she had a lot of tattoos, maybe some piercings-no this did NOT bother me) was so kind and sweet!! We laughed together. Then when I realized I was overcharged (it scanned higher than the online price) I took an item to the service checkout and the young lady there was super nice too. She price matched my item to Walmart’s price which was even better!!! And when the first cashier walked by she asked if I was returning something already, the customer service lady said no, we’re just getting her a better price. She said, Oh good!! Thanks ladies for your great customer service!! Keep up the good work!

Pick up : It was so easy. I walked in the young lady scanned my barcode on my phone grabbed my package and gave it to me.
In store : the store is very clean and well kept. It is easy to find what I want. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices for the quality are great.

Target is my Favorite go to store! They always have just what I need. And more...I could spend his whole check!!! Lol

Love this place. You can grab things for cheap and a little bite to eat. I like how there's a lot of staff and it's easy to find things. Everyone was so friendly, especially Penny! She works in electronics, and she was able to locate an affordable pair of earbuds quickly. Thanks, Penny !

We continually have the most wonderful experiences here. Our latest one, I did the drive up pick up with my mom. She went to open the trunk for the man (with the cross around his neck as an identifier) to put our order into, but accidentally also opened the hood. He put the order in the trunk, then asked my mom if she wanted him to shut the hood. She accepted, and we were both really touched! Customer service does still exist in 2022.

I can't say enough about the Target staff! Juan helped me and it absolutely was the best customer service experience I've ever had! And I'm over 40 😅 Everyone I encountered and the prices, makes Target the GOAT 💯

Someone was harassing me in the parking lot and I called the service desk, they were quick to solve my issue and made me feel safe in a scary situation.

If you need an associate here GOOD LUCK! They’re hard to come by! I was able to find everything I needed though, so I’ll still give that five star rating. Clean and well stocked areas! Unless it’s the Halloween items although I’d assume it’s merely because it’s close to that time. Good store!
