Always a nice surprise when a phone store experience is positive! I went on Saturday, 1/15. I was frustrated with corporate for making me get a new phone, blaming 5g when my former phone was capable, so I came in right when they opened. Gleice was great, helpful calm and kind. Don't judge Cricket stores from your corporate phone experiences--locations like this more than compensate!

Steve Windward was absolutely amazing. This was my best experience not just at a phone store but any customer service experience ever! This gentleman was knowledgeable and honest. He won't sell you anything that you don't need. Thank you for the best service Cricket!

The staff here is super friendly and helpful. They have a lot of different options to suit your needs. The store manager is also very nice and makes you feel welcome and taken care of at her store. Good job Katie, keep up the good work! 👍

The customer service agents were absolutely wonderful to work with - they were polite, kind, and focused on our needs being met rather than simply upselling. They offered us options that worked with our budget and were polite and patient in giving my mom a brief tour of Android (she had a different kind of phone before).

Dusty was in the store alone and was helping 4 people at the same time. My son and I got new phones. Dusty handled everything very professionally. Super impressed with her ability to multitask.
