Such a large variety at their store! We were blown away. We loved the former sausage shop and have so far really likes the sausages we found at Hannaford. So excited to try the bangers and smoked brats.

We love this place. There's a huge selection-- not just sausages and brats and pies but also cheese, condiments, sweets. Our family makes sure to come here several times a month. The quality is very good and the prices are fair. If you are having company, they have everything for a local Maine charcuterie. Love these guys!

Awesome.. we have been eating Maurice’s sausage since they were first selling them on their farm on route 9…. Love the huge expansion of products, and now selling at Hannaford too.. they seem to have discovered some spicy stuff in the past few years too! try the chorizo!!!!

Great family owned place!!! Wouldn’t buy my meet pie anywhere else. Not to mention all the other great sausage products they have!!!

I have never been there but have purchased online twice. The creton is excellent. Their sausages are wonderful. Everything here is delish. So glad they ship! Thank you for taking such pride in your products!

Very helpful explaining the individual products and how they compare with each other. Friendly service, clean well organized space with plenty of things to offer. A great variety of items many of which I would guess would not be found at other places, for example scrapple, I doubt many people around here even know what that is. Probably something in there for everyone though, even if you don't eat meat. I am going to have to go back to check out more of what they have.

Excellent customer service, all my questions and concerns were answered! The Italian sausage with olives was a huge hit at hunting camp along with the Cajun Andouille. I am planning my next trip here already!

If you like sausage this has to be your pilgrimage, they have everything you can imagine for sausage, also great wine , meat and specialty foods you wont find anywhere else!! So worth the trip . You wont be disappointed.

I've been on a search for a while looking for a certain type of sausage. I have checked every local place I could find with no luck. Then I was told about this place. I drove a little over an hour to get here. I found what I was looking for and then some. 10/10 will be going back again.

Samples and service was great. Top notch cheeses and sausages. Can't get any better than this place. Plus the homemade creton reminds me of home.

This is THE meat pie. I thought it was a tad pricey when I bought it. Then I cooked it and ate it. The quality is truly excellent, the crust cooked perfectly, no pillsbury here. Meat pie filling is meat; it hasn't been cut with potato, no sir. Taste is so French Canadian I cried into my doily. C'est bon.

There are few places in Maine where you can find the variety of sausages, pates, jerky and other products as you will here. All sausages are made at the store. Other products are available such as meat pies, mustards, sauces, jams & jellies, wine, and 15- 20 cheeses. Fabulous store.

We enjoyed our visit to the Sausage kitchen, Maurice and the staff were very friendly and helped us choose from all of the different types of sausage. We left happy and look forward to returning soon!

I just discovered this place. Bought some sopresseto, and couple types of Kilbasa. All are house made and were excellent. I can't wait to go back and try more of their great products.

Great selection of high quality meat product. I always load up on the smoked bologna. They often dole out a free bonus sausage too.
