Great selection and price! I placed my first order with MPS a couple weeks ago and after the initial Order Confirmation email it took about a week to receive my Order Completed email along with a tracking number. The item arrived within a few days after that. I even received an email from Mike in the Sales Department saying that my order was on the way. I thought that was great customer service and made me feel at ease about my purchase. The item arrived yesterday and it is everything I hoped it would be. I am actually going to make another purchase.

Ordered a custom badge through this company at the best price I could find. Open lines of communication throughout the process and a seamless transaction.

I ordered a knife, it took a few days to process, got my knife less than a week later. I would definitely order from them again . It's a small business not Amazon be patient .

At first this company was very scarce, they didn’t answer emails and didn’t pick up their phones. But I guess it may be attributed to the loss of a family member and them trying to cope with the loss and play catch up with all of their orders. I rushed to judgement only to find out that these folks really do care for their business and that they really care for their customers. Mike reached out to me and promised to make good on my order and even went the extra mile to ensure I was a happy and satisfied customer. I would definitely do business with this company again.

I ordered gloves on 11/14. I emailed asking about the status on 11/18 and again on 11/21 as.I hadn't received a response yet. Mike replied on 11/22 that size was on back order and would cancel my order.

I'm convinced these guys straight up scammed me. I ordered a bunch of stuff off of their website 2 weeks ago with an "estimated arrival date of 1 week ago". I emailed their support team days ago and called multiple times and haven't gotten a response or answer.

Update after their reply: After going back through my email and spam folder again I can confirm that I only ever got one email from them with an order confirmation the day I ordered the equipment saying "Just to let you know — we've received your order #xxxxxx, and it is now being processed". It says nothing about backorder anywhere in the email. So I guess they straight up lied about that too.

As unfortunate as it is, I would avoid this business. I placed an online order, and I have gone 2 weeks without a response. I received 1 email stating that the order was received and is being processed. 2 weeks later and I have :
No update on order status.
No returned phone calls.
No responses to emails asking for updates.
All of these are contrary to the order-fulfillment and communication policies that MPS provides on their site.
Buyer beware.

Would not recommend shopping online from here. I placed an order in the beginning of January and have not received my package or an update whatsoever. I tried contacting customer service through email and Facebook but haven’t heard back in over 5 weeks. I understand they’re also moving locations, but I placed my order well before they began to move. If you already placed an online order GOOD LUCK.

Placed a order and they haven't shipped or emailed any tracking info in weeks. Idc they are crooks and just stealing ppls hard earned money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ONLINE YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. Treat them as any scammer on the Internet. They have been reported to the police and the state. Keep the 40 bucks but remember karma is ""ITCH .

I would avoid this company. I ordered a simply patrol bag with no embroidery back on December 6. I have emailed and I have called their contact number several times with no one ever picking up the phone or ever getting a call back. Horrible service. I would like a response and or a full refund.

Worst company customer service I have ever dealt with. I so wish I would have read the reviews before i ordered. Finally when you get in touch with them they make it out like they're lack of responsiveness is your fault as the customer.

I believe customer service does not exist at this business as I have tried calling several different times during opening hours, this week and as well last week only to be sent to voicemail and received no return calls. I have been waiting on 1 small item since 8/3/23. Sad to say I live in Illinois and receive items quicker from overseas.

Three weeks and no response to emails, no one picks up the phone. I am so disappointed in their customer service.
