Lowe's Home Improvement

This Lowe’s has all the home improvement tools and items you need. The staff here are always nice and the location on McKnight Road is very convenient.

Just brought washer and dryer. Bob gave excellent knowledgeable information on several models then worked with me to get what I wanted in a timely manner. No pressure just dad jokes. Definitely recommend this Lowes if you are looking for appliances.

Lowes is filled with pleasant folks! And don't feel like they are traveling around looming over you. Its always a wonderful shopping and customer service experience available in the hardware stores located in the area of Ross township,, mccandless, and east streat/perrysville are!

Store employees are always very helpful. Whenever I have some questions on any product, how to use it or a DIY question, they provide an excellent guidance.

Not sure if I’m rating this store a five star because it’s extremely convenient and close by or if it’s just a great store in general lol. Jokes aside this is a very great Lowe’s, I have been to many in the Pittsburgh surrounding area and this one is very clean and organized which is a huge plus when it comes to wanting to find something and get in and out as fast as possible! The staff working are always very friendly and always willing to help and if they don’t know they will ask someone else instead of just BS-ing you. I have only come across some stuff that was not in stock but that’s anywhere you go.

Was greeted by Adam as I was looking through the storm doors. Andrew was quite pleasant and assisted me with questions I had regarding financing. He took time to make sure my information was sent to John who would be doing the measuring and installing . He genuinely seemed happy to help! Both Adam and John were quote nice to work with !

Im obessed with my garden being it's summer. And this location is always 👌 great 👍 lots of well taken care of plants in garden center. Thanks 😊

At this Lowes, there is always an associate ready to assist. It doesn't hurt that the store is organized and clean. Highly recommended; no matter what you need. NOTE: Most of the clearance items are on the back wall towards the flooring department.

I had someone there to help me and it was easy to find what I needed

They have everything you need to build a house. So I bought everything I needed and did that.

Update: now my friends get me to help with home renovations and I get them to buy stuff at Lowe's too.

I went to Lowe's today to get some materials for a project I was working on. They had everything I needed at the right prices.

I had a great experience ordering a non standard item (a specific sized dog door) from Lowe's online, and picking it up at the physical store.

Lowe's kept me informed on exactly when I should arrive to pick up the item, and they brought it out to my car, I waited less than 5min. The item was exactly what I ordered, in perfect condition. Thank you, Lowe's!

Good selection. Strangely, the app is not updated with current inventory. The folks there know what and where almost everything is.
Update: the app is still inferior, but the experts there are superior. My go-to home improvement store.
Update: basement copper plumbing sprang four pinhole leaks in the past year. Tired of patching them, I went to plumbing to learn why and what to do. Now I have an understanding of the issue and a solid plan on how to solve it.

The store always has what I want, but it's a little further away for me than that other big box Home improvement place. If Lowe's was closer, I would definitely shop there all the time. The store is always clean, and it seems like stuff is easier to find in Lowe's than at that other place.

Great place. Fun to take dogs and play with them there. Great help. Great prices. Military is valued more at Lowes than HD.

This Lowe's is just about the same as any other Lowe's you'll visit, which is a good thing. The thing that sets this one apart from all others, at least in the PIttsburgh region, is that there is a fantastic ice cream shop (Handel's), at the far end of the parking lot. If I need home improvement goods, I will travel to this location, from just about anywhere I'm at, just so I can also get some excellent ice cream.

Was there today and an employee named Lewis was so helpful in the flooring area even though he worked in a different department. He was informed and took the time to explain all the options available to us. Customer service at its best!
