Nice old school butcher shop feel. The meat all looked great, and I'm definitely going to go back for some steaks! This time I got a 10 lb rump roast that they cut for me right then and there. Easy going staff, family owned atmosphere.

Lunches are always amazing. The only complaint would be that my guys need a nap after eating the delicious, large portions. lol!!

Brian and all the others are the nicest people with best customer service! We can't wait for him to cater my granddaughter's wedding. We've had the chicken taco lunch, pork tenderloin lunch and augraten potatoes. They have the best glazed carrots I've ever had. The steaks are prime and the brats are fabulous. The only regret I have is not knowing they were there sooner!

Had Brian's cater my dad's 90th birthday dinner! Everything was wonderful. They provided the hot boxes, and warming trays, serving utensils. Their baked chicken is delicious, as is the Italian salad. If needing someone to cater an event, I highly recommend Brian's Trade Rite!

Best butcher in town!! Not a store to get all your groceries from, but his meats are fantastic and salads are homemade! We get all our meats there and Brian has catered many a party. Do your own taste test to compare his meats to your favorite. You'll taste the difference!

Picked up the corned beef and cabbage lunch today for only $8.50. Large portions and definitely the best I've ever had. This deal can't be beat.

Small market on Kishwaukee St. You enter the store and it seems they have very few products on the shelves, and it's true. But you walk to the back meat counter and that's full of a great assortment. Then you need to talk to them about their lunch specials and their Banana Cream Pie. An absolutely amazing large pie that is second to none. Buy two. You won't regret it!

The filets we bought from Brian's were the best I have had in a really long time. They were so tender we could cut them with our forks. I can't wait to go back!

I get my deer processed here every year. Brian and his guys do a great job for a fair price. One of the few places when getting venison sausage made they don't mix it with another Hunter's deer meat.

We were at Brian's on Tuesday...5/31/16. Received 2 new York strips and 4 Italian sausages. Had strips on Wednesday. Cooked on grill without seasoning. I like to taste flavor of meat alone. So tender and juicy. Husband cooked perfect medium well. Thank you Brian!!!

Lunches are the best. Corned beef dinner was great. Braised beef my favorite.

OK this is going to sound like an ad but this is Truth... 1 time I brought some jalepeno cheddar snack sticks from a deer I previously harvested to my hunting buddies. They went on and on about how "it's just the right spice." Then I told them I can also guarrantee it's my deer. Then I told them the price... Now everyone wants me to take their deer all the way from the Quad Cities to Rockford. Kind of a "pain in the butt" to have to do actually... but they love it so much I can't say no. Highly recommended for deer processing. All meat is great there.
