T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I recently switched carriers to t-mobile. The experience was a pleasant one. Cathleen was the associate that help me, what a professional!!! If I had to set up our phones myself I’d probably still be doing it. Cathleen stayed and helped me 2hrs. after the tire closed. I hope she got overtime pay for that cause she deserved it. As you can tell my experience in the store was pleasant and I recommend this location. If you’re lucky Cathleen will be the associate taking care of you.
Note to management:
Do not loose Cathleen’s services, it would be your loss.

Broke my phone they got me a new one, set it up and I was out in less than an hour. Great folks

I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. After dealing with Verizon for over 3 hours, I was finally able to switch over. The associate who helped me was very kind and understanding. He and his boss even kept the store open an extra 30 min to make sure my new phone was working properly. I'd definitely recommend this location to any T-Mobile customers.

I'm writing this with 13% on my phone because I wanted to share my experience at t mobile. Cathleen was the employee who had helped me and let me just say she is spectacular! Her aura was friendly and her energy was so refreshing! She's a pro at what she does, she was super helpful and understanding of my situation. She's just a wonderful person. Anyway 5 stars from me!

Amazing customer service and very well informed people, nice and clean store with fun music! Jeremiah and Austin were beyond helpful and set us properly with new phones and a free line! This is the best location with the best people for sure. Even got some bonus T-Mobile gear, thanks again!

I had to go into the T Mobile store recently and was pleasantly surprised with professionalism by sale associate I encountered. He took the time to explain to me the issues I was having and the simple solutions I needed to do (which he did for me) to fix the issues I was having. He also explained some promotions they where having, which lowered my monthly bill! Wow! I ended up saving money on my monthly bill all for going into the Elburn T Mobile store to have them fix an issue I was having with my phone. You guys have won a customer for life and I will be telling all of my work associates how awesome you are! Thanks again T Mobile, Elburn.

Excellent store. I've been a T-Mobile customer for 15+ years. I needed a new iPhone and was trading in my old one. Transaction was easy and sales staff was very helpful. Thank you for opening up in Elburn.

I went into this store for the first time since they open. The were very friendly. I was having a problem with my tablet. They had it fix in 5 minutes. Josh and his manager are great employees. I will go back, close to home and great customer service.

Marissa is the best. She took care of setting up my new cell phone and was able to answer all the questions I had. I will definately use this location in the future.
