I came in to laminate some items for work. Keep in mind that my wife could have done the job for me but I didn’t want to bother her… Rachel was absolutely fantastic in helping me figure out the best paper and laminate needed. She was still in training but I know from years of management, she is a keeper and a true gem. Don’t hesitate to stop by and see her, she won’t disappoint!

Appreciate the service at Office Depot @ 249 & 1960. Teresa took care of exactly what storage boxes I needed as the ones online were no longer in stock. Appreciated this very much!

Store always clean and orderly; easy to find items. Sales staff always pleasant, courteous and friendly.

Three associates behind the counter in the print and copy section and people were asking for help but not as I thought, horrible customer service!! Shame on office depot never again go back. It used to be a good customer service but not anymore. So to let y'all know I went back to Office Depot again and I was shocked the place absolutely has changed and to a better direction! All associates so helpful and friendly. Great customer service and Quandrel one of the managers there was do helpful and kind! Thanks!!

I went to Office Depot to purchase ink for my very old printer. The cashier checked online for a cheaper price without any prompting. I was impressed and very thankful because it was actually cheaper. Because she went the extra mile, I saved $10. Yea!!!!
