Outstanding service at Bath & Body Works! I bought loads of goodies for friends in Thailand, but my luggage exceeded limits. The staff, especially a helpful lady, understood my situation and assisted with the return. No issues with the products, just a weight problem. Appreciate the understanding!

Visited after so long due to Covid-19. Got new arrivals Tea Tree+Lavender mist. Smells so good and it’s has made a place in my head. Aromatherapy products are my favorite ones.

Wonderful sale as usual plenty to choose from. Had to wait in a short line to get in but it was for social distancing .Love this place

Great place to shop, and friendly customer service

Brought my daughter and her friend here to shop on their first outing. Went about an hour before closing and it was not busy at all. The ladies who greeted us and helped us made their experience the most memorable. I love this location.

Small very clean and orderly very welcoming shop that's always full of awesome people who are sooo helpful, polite and full of life from the second you walk in the door. They even remembered my husband from a previous visit when I placed an order to be picked up in store. My order was ready when they said it would be and went over each item with him not just handing him a bag and demanding payment even though his demeanor can be slightly off-putting at times. They were even able to put a smile on his face after his long day and having to make one more stop for me. At least the last stop was a place that always smells great and has I think the best deals when it comes to my self-care and home fragrance needs. Thanks guys for everything you do ❤

First of all I was glad to park right by the front door. That's always nice. It was so fun. There was a red headed lady there that was really fun and very helpful with the kids. She knew what they would like. We wound up spending a good chunk of cash. But I don't regret it. I got some FANTASTIC candles and my hubby got cologne that really smells good. And of course the girls got some small things. So overall I was very pleased with our trip there.

Always Get welcomed at the door , Very prompt and quick when you come to pick up an order, always organized and clean . Someone is always checking in on you asking if a basket is needed. Come Often to this location including Candle Day Every Year . Will continue to come to this location as I've never had any issues with coupons or product availability !!

Customer service was absolutely amazing, every associate that we spoke to was incredibly kind and helpful! Had a great selection and was just all around a really good store! Will definitely have to go back when we run out of the scrub we got!

I could spend hours here if allowed. The staff is so helpful. I always enjoy their semi annual sales, where I like to stock up and get gifts for people I missed on the Christmas list. They always do have a sale going on and great quality soaps, lotions, candles and even body wash and body butter. Love the men’s collection as well

I love this store. It's big, clean, neat, smells so good, and the staff is so helpful. They have a huge selection of candles in all different kinds of scents and they have good discounts. Great gifts for moms, mother n laws, sisters, or best friends. A girls dream store

Wonderful store and delightful product!

Pretty much everything was in stock. They seem to be doing a good job with covid guidelines. There are no reusable shopping bags, at the entrance you are given a paper one to shop around with and then bring your items home in. They have free hand sanitizer samples at the entrance and throughout the store, which was to be expected and nice. I like that they left their doors open to give better ventilation. This was my first time coming here because I'm not from the area but I would choose this location over a mall location the next time I go.
