Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Hi All~
I just had such a WONDERFUL experience on the phone with Molly. She was so very helpful. She even suggested that I use some of my existing paint for my touchups vs buying some more. She really took her time on the phone. I did not feel rushed in anyway; in a day and age of “auto attendants,” it was AWESOME to get such great service on the phone.

I would highly recommend Sherwin-Williams in Orland Hills and I would do yourself a favor….ask for Molly.

Extremely helpful people with a great product and well priced

Went in this store last week for the 1st time. I needed assistance on what primer and paint to use on my steel garage door.
Molly greeted me with a friendly hello and asked how she could help me. I told her and she knew immediately what primer, paint, brushes and rollers that I needed for the project. She matched the paint to the color of my siding, which matched perfectly.
She then told me to apply one coat of primer and two coats of paint. I followed her directions and my garage door turned out fantastic!
I owe it all to Molly and Sherman Williams quality paint.

The service was more than expected. I felt welcomed in the store, workers were extremely friendly, professional and very helpful. They provided answers to all my questions, gave me advice on the colors as well as brands, very knowledgeable about everything. Best part of it all was I didnt have to wait for someone to help me or have to go looking for someone as I have had to plenty of times at other stores. Was able to order over the phone and go in to pick up, no questions asked. Order was completed in a timely manner. The young man was kind enough to carry my order out to my car. First time I've been to this or any sherwin Williams, and I will never go anywhere else.

The paint is high quality and many painters recommends Sherwin Williams paint. The staff associates are great and very helpful to assist you in your painting/décor needs. They have a Coordinator to help come to your place to help with paint coordination with a price of $95. It was well worth the expense. They are very well educated with interior degrees, etc. The store has several sales throughout the year that is great for the customer to get quality paint at a great sale price. The store is clean and organized. Lots of colors to choose from and they will educate customers to do the correct thing regarding any painting, staining, etc. We are truly impressed going to the actual store to get our condo painting. We are remodeling our whole place and know it will look fabulous when it is all done. YEA!!

My fav paint store for sure. As a female, I got assistance by your wonderful sales people who knew their products to help customers. I actually learned from their advice and recommendations. Very eager to help us decide. Love the quality of your paint and supplies. Bought things other stores don't carry. You win! My store always . My upgrade was a hit for Christmas family party. Thanks.

I had to pick up more paint for my painter and the staff was very helpful. He was able to pull up his account and look up exactly what kind of paint he purchased and was very helpful explaining different types of paint. I've been to Lowe's before to get paints, but I will definitely go here from now on.

A very well to do little paint store, the gentlemen Evan that assisted me there was hard working and incredibly knowledgeable especially on how to apply the paint coatings and what materials i should use! I was painting several parts of my house and had originally planned on buying some cheap 3 pack of polyester/nylon rollers from Home Depot as per usual however upon mentioning Evan mentioned that he had a 3 pack of lint-less rollers on sale at the time(about 15 % off list pricing and offered them to me, as he had used the Home Depot brand before and made mention of their heavy shedding and drop off. I humored him and bought them just to see for myself and boy was there a difference! The paint absorbed just as much into the roller as what i was used to using, BUT did not leave near any trace of lint as advertised it also technically beat the Home Depot price(on sale off course) when i went to compare the pricing later that day! Can guarantee my return for when i do my deck and fencing later this year!

This is a great place to go to find your paint. Employees are attentive and readily available to assist in finding paint colors, explaining what colors work, and which paint type to choose depending on rooms your are painting. There are plenty of employees in the store, which helps in having very little wait time.

Posting what you already know - this team is fantastic, speedy, and friendly. Even in the middle of Curbside Pick-Up due to Covid-19, they were able to do PERFECT color-matching paint with a sample drop off and return pick-up in record time. Absolutely amazing team over there with a special nod to Mike. My bathroom remodel couldn't have been done without them! :D

Just a homeowner, but I'm sold on the quality of the paint and the knowledge of the staff. Be sure to put your name in their system for tracking purposes, and I normally only buy paint or supplies from them when they have a 30% or 40% off sale. Otherwise, the costs can get pretty high pretty quickly. I haven't bought paint from a big box store in years.

Great service. They were able to match a paint color perfectly that is no longer made. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great experience all the way around.

It's very good all the workers there are very helpful I've been going to this store for approximately 30 years and I would say that these are some of the most knowledgeable employees and very good at color matching

The young lady who assisted us was very helpful and pleasant. Great selection of paint swatches and books to choose from.
